Great location

Situated 10 mins walk from the old town, the apartment is quiet and feels cut off from the busy centre of Split.
Ivana greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly, providing tips for our stay in Split.
The room was modern, clean and well air conditioned.

A 3 day vizit of Split

A clean room close to the center of town whith a free parking an the street it provides a small tv, a fridge and an ac.
But in an old smelly building , i mean the building is not very appeling it looks like a old comunist structure. And the close proximity of the apartment smells like a

Nice, clean, cheap and good location

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very reasonably priced. The room was small but had a view of the communal garden and a decent ensuite. It was nicely air conditioned which was needed after plenty of walking in Split.
It is about 15min walk to the Palace and main promenade which is fine, but you may struggle if you have mobility issues.
Ivana the host met us upon arrival and showed us our room, which was greatly appreciated.
To get to the room from the airport the best thing is to get the shuttle bus to the ferry dock and then you can either walk (uphill) to the rooms which I would not suggest or get a taxi which cost us 60kn.
If you're planning a short city break and don't mind a stroll to town each time then this is perfect.

Buen opción para 1-2 días si eres relativamente pequeño/delgado.

COSAS POSITIVAS:
A menos de 10 minutos andando del centro. La entrada y salida es con código por lo que no tienes que andar quedando a una hora con el anfitrión.
El baño está muy bien, nada que envidiar a un hotel.
Puedes aparcar en la calle (dejando el coche subido en una acera, pero están todos así).
COSAS NEGATIVAS:
Aunque en términos generales la habitación está bien y es, por un precio más razonable, lo más similar a un hotel de todo nuestro viaje por Dubrovnik, lo peor es el tamaño de la misma. Está medido al milimetro para que encaje la cama, una mesa y un mueble (estos últimos dos sobran un poco, porque tampoco vas a comer/cenar en un sitio tan pequeño) lo cual hace que para más de 1-2 días no lo recomendaría porque se hace agobiante de lo chico que es.

Vrlo dobra lokacija jer je sve nadomak ruke. Izuzetno mirna ulica koja jamči potpuni mir i dobar odmor. Nekolicina zaista odličnih restorana i kafića u blizini. Domaćini jako ljubazni, osobito Ivana. Sobe su čiste i moderno namještene. Higijena je na vrlo visokom nivou. U svakom slučaju, mjesto za preporuku.
