A beautiful “nest” in the heart of Split

We stayed in this beautiful location for one night at the end of our Croatian holiday before returning to Italy. We got there after the only negative experience of the whole stay. The taxi driver who took us from the Port after 13 min drive asked us 60€!!!!! A real theft and super dishonest! Be careful not to make our mistake of not agreeing the price first trusting that the short journey did not justify this attention.... The anger for what happened has fortunately made room, in a short time, to the pleasure of appreciating the courtesy and kindness of the host who welcomed us. The elegant and refined room. Very clean. A large and comfortable bathroom with a suite shower. The electronic access system to the property and the room practical and functional. The location then superb! No more than a 5 min walk from the beginning of the pedestrian area that leads to the historic center with total access to all the services required by a tourist! If anything we will still need to stay in Split this will be our address!

Excellent value and quality

Excellent rooms, modern. Clean & comfortable. Location is within 5 minutes of old town but on a quiet street.
Host very friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms on same floor so had the whole section to ourselves
Would recommend for a family.

Beautiful, modern room near the old city center

The room was very modern and looked new. We had a small balcony which was lovely. The owner waited for us, showed us where we could park and helped us to our room. There location is perfect - it's a short walk to the old city center and to restaurants. There is a bakery and a coffee shop around the corner.

Great location

Really nice room with everything you need right on the edge of town. Easy to get to and easy to get to anywhere you need to in town. Room was spotless and Stipe was really helpful on check in. Added bonus was the large rainfall shower which you definitely needed here in June!

Excellent accommodation for Split

One of the best accommodations we’ve ever been in! Big, luxurious and spacious rooms, very clean and great beds.
The host was very kind and helpful; he was genuinely making sure we had the best time in Split and the rest of Croatia by giving us tips for what to visit during our roadtrip by car.
We could also leave our car in a private parking garage very nearby, which was welcoming after a long day of sightseeing.
The centre of Split is just a few minutes walk away. Concluding: a great place to stay if you want to discover Split!
