Ghost hotel
Located 25 minutes walk from Fira, the city center; I recommend renting a vehicle to get around more comfortably. Quiet and deserted neighborhood. Lack of a reference person, everything happens by phone, finding the number of the structure on the internet; or in the morning, you find the cleaning manager, who must ask for breakfast that takes place by the pool, but prepared in a basement, brought in a tray, all very poor and of poor quality. Spacious room, but missing some accessories such as hairdryer, the towels were changed only once, despite being placed on the ground after use. Large pool, but deck some broken or badly kept. On the other hand you can find a space to park your vehicles, and a little tranquility for those looking for relaxation!

Stay away from this Hotel, HORRIBLE experience
If I can give 0 star I would. This hotel is not a hotel this place has low standards. I have never had a bad experience like this. I feel like I have not enjoyed my stay in Santorini due to the noise of other guests. People on top of my room were running constantly from 5am to god knows what time. They also have a dog that barks and scratches and wakes you up. It was a nightmare. Dogs are allowed in hotels, that’s my first. I was very frustrated I have not slept. The other guest complaint about the noise so many times, nothing happened, they left the following day. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You need to walk at least 15 minutes to see the civilisation, restaurants. The breakfast we never had. They had no electricity twice on our 3 days stay. They said we can’t do breakfast we have no electricity. WTF is that we won’t eat anymore it was not our fault. They don’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. The free breakfast is a scam, the pool is filthy also a scam. I have complained to the staff about the noise nothing happened. I complained to the people about the noise nothing happened. No electricity on our first few minutes in this shiithole. I would never ever come back. Do not come here.

Do not stay here. It is a nightmare. Breakfast came from a filthy kitchen. We didn’t sleep other guest been running non stop and dog scratching the floor and barking. Confronted the guest as we had 3 nights of disturbed sleep i have recorded the noise nothing happened. Complained to the staff nothing happened. Jacuzzi and pool both are dirty. Away from everything you need to walk atleast 15 minutes to get in the main road. You need a car here. Breakfast forget it. First hour i stayed here there was no electricity. Happened 3 times in 3 days I complained nothing happened. Better stay in fira centre than here

Place bit dirty with dusty, was rented for 4 but there was 2 cups and 2 glasses. Breakfast not enough for 4 people. Also need to rent a car if you want to explore the city which was fine as the place was in a nice quiet area. Amazing view but could improve on cleanliness and breakfast or at least add a microwave so we can make our own breakfast
