Staff is amazing but there was a hair on my pillow, hair all over the floor in the main room, bathroom, and shower. The chair in the corner is visibly dirty and the soap holder also isn’t clean. It definitely doesn’t feel like this room was cleaned before arrival. For paying $344 here, this is extremely expensive for an unclean room

Non-compliant

A mess. Contract for take-off and when we arrived there was no reservation and they did not refund the payment made not having provided the service. Be careful I don't recommend it

All VERY WELL

Great location. All staff 10 points, from administration to maids, always aware of what we needed. Small room, but clean, shower with lots of pressure, necessary. The breakfast is very good. The relax area with beautiful pool and sauna. Perfect price ratio features. I would definitely come back

He left to desire

On the occasion we took the triple room, but small space, there was no fridge bar (we had to request) the TV did not work pq turned on the fridge bar in the outlet there we had to request an adapter so that both worked.
We had the impression that the bedding had not been changed.
Staff service was very good and willing to resolve requests.
It has a very good mancha coffee.
