Group of 8 20 year olds stayed here for 6 nights with 6 rooms. The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned again every day. Our stay felt very secure and we were able to come and ago as we pleased. There was some confusement with payment as we payed/booked through hotels.com and there was a delay with Dydi receiving this money. However the whole situation was dealt with calmly and smoothly. The 7/11 across the road was great and the area has many little restaurants to eat at. Would definitely recommend to others.
As we went out at night a lot and drank in the rooms beforehand dydi just asked us to do so in the room furthest from him and his family and we had no complaints about noise or mess or anything. Also the massage parlour below is named "beejay massage" and is exactly as implies.
The major downfall was the beds felt like concrete but otherwise it was excellent!

Great place to stay!

We have rented a apartment for 5 nights. I can honestly say we were impressed from start to finish. It's very spacious and clean. There are so many plug sockets which you don't find many in quite of lot places you stay, the air con is amazing and only need it on for a small amount of time as it cools down the huge room quickly. You don't get hassled when entering the apartment block and are left to do as you please. The bed and pillows are nice and comfy. The owner Dydi is very helpful with anything you need to know. I would say the only issues we can pick out for this place is that there are a few lights out in the bathroom and main room but there is sufficient lights all over so not bothered by this and a welcome pack for guests might be helpful especially when venturing out into Patong as taxi drivers have no idea where this place is. It was not a issue for us as I have stayed near this apartment before so could direct them. Without a doubt we would come back and stay here as it was gorgeous and spacious especially for how much you pay, it is well worth the money. There is a 7/11 about 30 seconds from the place to pick up anything you need at any hours of the day.

Not worth it, stay in a real Hotel

I was "lured" by the extremely positive rating on booking.com and hence booked there.
Stayed there with a friend for 2 nights. Short term stays clearly seem to be one thing that this "Hotel" is not prepared for. Unfortunately it seems like there are many things not working in this place and everything seems extremely improvised and not professional at all. Some examples:
- The owners were chasing a down payment that was paid (via PayPal) ages ago, so that WE had to proof we paid
- Minutes after arrival the owner asked for the rest of the money and promised a receipt (that I've never received)
- The room I stayed in was to a degree still a construction site (bathroom was half finished only) but the owner did not bother to charge the full price anyway
- No toilet paper in the bathroom, also no soap and nothing (had to buy it ourselves)
- The cleaning staff crushed into the room without even knocking (do not disturb sign or similar don't exist in this place)
- The Air Condition in the rooms is terribly noisy so that it is absolutely impossible to have it running during sleeping (we talk about Thailand here)
- WLAN is unstable
- The location map is only available in English and Taxi drivers (who normally hardly speak English) do not tend to know this place at all (we had to repeatedly use expensive roaming data on Smartphones to guide Taxis to the place with Google Maps)
To their credit:
- The owners are friendly and try to help with problems (WLAN)
- The rooms are new and look nice
Overall this place is definitely not at all worth the asking price. One can get better deals (even in a more favorable location) in Patong.

des lofts magnifiques!!

Nous nous sommes rendus en Thaïlande pour la première fois en Janvier 2016 et heureusement nous sommes tombés sur Monsieur Dydi qui est le responsable:
-Toujours de bons conseils
-toujours là
-joignable très facilement
-vraiment très gentil
Les lofts sont vraiment grands, propres et la déco est génial! L'emplacement est super car il permet de se rendre à la plage très facilement! De plus, les prix sont plus que corrects (impossible d'avoir une qualité comme celle là pour ce prix en Suisse)!La prochaine fois que nous nous rendrons en Thaïlande nous retournerons avec grand plaisir chez lui! je vous le conseil!
