Beautifully located

Small and well-kept campsite, beautifully situated close to swimming in Indalsälven. Service facilities are very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff.
Nice excursions we made with the campsite as a starting point; kill the fall, Ragund old church and cafe pier. Highly recommended.

Don't go here, extremely rude owners - go to one of the campsites nearby instead

Tent holiday

Very clean and fresh camping, well equipped Service house with kettle, coffee maker, pots, plates, glasses etc. but unfortunately was missing fridge.
Very clean toilets and showers .
Why the ban on barbecues at the campsite? Fire and barbecue are two different things.

Too bad and disappointing!

We were in transit by motorhome and urgently had to empty the camping toilet! Because of the kids!
I explained our plight to the woman at the reception who did not want to speak German, and that we had to go to the ferry and could not stay!
As a result, we had to pay 320 kronor for emptying our cassette!
I have never experienced such a brazen outrage and rip-off in Sweden! The operators are not Swedes either!
Such greedy types dilute the very good character of Swedes, and are a nuisance to our country!

Hej Jörg,
You are on holiday in Sweden and we speak Swedish or English there, why should I speak German to the woman at the reception?
You paid 290 Kr, you were allowed to shower for free and stay overnight for that money. It is your choice not to do that.
I cannot have the toilet emptied for every camper or caravan that does not stay with us and wants to be free in Sweden, we have a septic tank, we have to pay for that too, so why don't you pay us, we have a company that must also exist.
We have been voted the best small campsite in Sweden in 2024, I think we are doing quite a bit for campers. We are not a service station for campers, there are plenty of them in Sweden.
It was your voluntary choice to empty the toilet with us.

No customer friendly owners. No campsite for families with children.

The campsite is fine and the sanitary facilities clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. But we have not experienced the owners as customer friendly and welcoming.
The campsite is suitable for adults but not suitable and friendly for families with children and more than 2 people.
As a family of 4, we got one pass that gave access to washing up area, toilets, showers and water. Not convenient, but it was not appreciated if you asked another camping guest to open a door for you (I am strictly addressed about this).
We were then addressed by a guest and by the Owner that we had not washed a few pans immediately after use (we had forgotten this in the evening and did it the next morning).
Our child was shouted at by Owner Rob when he was sitting at the hot tub lid.
Our children had done a scavenger hunt and were given a rocket (ice cream), while other children were allowed to choose an ice cream after the scavenger hunt.
When I left I said 'goodbye' and then Owner Rob shouted 'well rather not'.
A very unpleasant experience. After all, we had left everything clean, nothing broken and neatly paid the amount for the night.
In short: nothing to notice about facilities, but owners who prefer not to see you on the campsite when you come with children and clearly show this.

u bent te gast bij ons op onze camping wij gaan met respect met onze gasten om en willen het graag naar hun zin maken. U als gast dient met respect met onze spullen en gasten om te gaan. Dus geen vaat laten staan waar andere gasten moeten koken en af moeten wassen, geen vuilwasgoed in een zak voor de Tvättstuga laten staan een hele dag, Onze andere gasten niet lastig vallen om deuren te openen van het servicegebouw dit ervaren zij als hinderlijk gasten komen voor de rust. pasje voor 2 personen is voldoende kinderen dienen onder begeleiding gebruik te maken van het servicehuis. De Hottube zijn spullen van ons en daar horen gasten vanaf te blijven dit heeft met respect voor andermans spullen te maken u corrigeerde uw zoon niet dus dan moeten wij dit doen een hottube kost een hoop geld en kan ook heet zijn. Ik vraag aan elk kind of ze alles gevonden hebben en bijna elk kind zegt ik heb de hond niet gevonden omdat deze er afgevallen is als ze dit zeggen mogen ze een ijsje uitzoeken en als ze zeggen ja dan krijgen ze een goedkoop ijsje van mij het gaat om eerlijkheid.
Dus ja wil ik dit soort gasten op onze camping nee liever niet want deze gasten zijn andere gasten tot last en tonen geen respect voor de eigendommen van een ander.
