Horrible experience
- The flat is facing a very busy road and the tramway stop, so it is extremely noisy all day and all night long. You also hear everything from the apartments around
- I called to enquire about the baby bed before our stay and asked for the bed to be made as we were checking in quite late. Firstly, they do NOT provide bed sheets for the baby bed, secondly when we arrived the baby bed was still folded and BROKEN (3/4 sides did not hold)! So at 10.00pm, I had no bed for my baby and she was exhausted and crying. They did change the bed and told me the day after it was my fault and was never broken. I have a travel bed at home and have travelled before with my baby, I know how to put together a baby bed
- The room *seemed* clean but 2 minutes after a shower and fresh clothes, my baby’s pants and feet were BLACK from crawling on the floor
- The WORST in all this is, i called to complain and ask for a compensation. The person on the phone (the call was on 17.12 at 11.00am) was the RUDEST most unfriendly and unprofessional person EVER! He refused to apologize and THREATENED TO THROW US OUT OF THE FLAT and put our belongings in the corridor while we were gone for the day. If I hadnt had a baby I would have never stayed a minute longer.
- We were overcharged for the baby bed, I had to provide a printscreen showing it was 20.- on booking.com; after which they said it was a surcharge for the baby chair. When i provided a prinstcreen showing it was part of the apartment basic equipment, I was reimbursed (but what a waste of my time!)

Hair everywhere in the rooms. Instead of discussing with customers, the owner would better take care of the cleaning. I didn't get my deposit back because I wrote a bad review. don't book it :)

Infine i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati. Hanno il buco in mezzo dal troppo usato.

LAUT, LAUT, UNHÖFLICH!
Um es klar zu sagen: es ist alles so (zumindest in unserem Appartement), wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Aber das macht es nicht gut! Im Gegenteil! Nur der Vollständigkeit halber erwähne ich, dass es für den Notfall keine Fluchtwegkennzeichnung gibt. In meinen Augen ein absolutes "No-Go" für einen Beherbergungsbetrieb!
Was den Aufenthalt vollends unerfreulich machte ist die rüde Art des Menschen, der die Reservierung und Mails bearbeitete. In einer Mail wurden wir sogar angelogen! Mails mit Rückfragen wurden nicht, oder unfreundlich bearbeitet. Grundsätzlich schreibt man keinen Namen in eine Mail. Es sollte zu denken geben, dass es auf der Homepage kein Impressum gibt, kein Firmenname mit Rechtsform oder Inhaber angezeigt wird.
