Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good value for money

I had a great experience as a guest here. I stayed for one week in a room with private bathroom (ensuite) and the room was very clean, the bed was comfy and had everything I needed for a comfy stay: fully working air conditioning (with remote control), Wi-Fi, TV (with remote control), hot water, clean towels, toiletries, a small rack to hang the clothes. While it is not a luxurious hotel, it has everything you need for a very good price. Outside, there is a microwave and a small common room to eat. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Because my arrival time was quite late (10:30pm) I e-mailed the host in advance, and they provided instructions on the day of arrival to get into the hostel without problems. The reception staff was always very polite, helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again in my next visit to Granada.
