Excellent Hospitality .
2026 is my first time back after 2020's. The service at Reception is fantastic and world-class, thanks to Reception Manager, Mr. Andrei. I can see how the Reception has changed amazingly due to his hands-on leadership.
All Reception Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Starting with Mr. Alexandru who checked us in on the first night. When we decided to extend, we then met Ms. Adrianna and Ms. Madalina (pictured) who too were excellent and knowledgeable. Likewise for Mr. Leo at checkout.
A big shout-out to Mr. Radu (pictured), who went the extra mile for me to accommodate us in the same type of room (pictured) with excellent view from my stay in 2017.
Breakfast continued to be as fantastic as it was from my earlier stays. Thanks to Mr. Stefan, Ms. Elena, Mr. Lakmal and Mr. Fernando who all were attentive to details and presentation for guests.
My only area for enhancement would be to have consistent streaming in TVs across rooms. I noticed that our second room has higher-quality television services than the first room. Other than this, excellent all-round.

The hotel's spa was excellent, with several different saunas to choose from. We especially enjoyed the hammam. It would have been nice if soap had been available in the spa area for washing.
The breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Apartment really big. Well worth the price.
Spa worth every penny. Huge recommendation for this place. It’s actually the best “bang for your buck” we had the pleasure of, in our traveling experience

/hotel rooms. All the amenities you need, a store down the road as well for convenience. The pool was lovely as was the breakfast. The staff were very helpful even at midnight when I arrived to check me in and came to my room to help me with a few things I couldn’t figure out. The location around seems a little rundown but very safe in all, a good spot to easily uber into the old city and always use uber they are very cheap and reliable!
