Nice place

Good location, we walk around most time. Breakfast was ok but not a lot choice. Room clean. Only issue with wife

Hotel TO IMPROVE

Good hotel with regard to the location, good breakfast and quality of products but I can not fail to point out that in our room (a junior suite) suddenly came off the roof an air conditioning duct. Fortunately my family and baby were not in the room at the time. When it was reported at the reception we were simply asked to apologize in a very cold way. TO BE IMPROVED ABSOLUTELY in order to be a 4 star

Great hotel and great location

Great location to see some of the key pieces Rome. The room was great, the shower was different. It was in the corner with no tub or walls. Feels like your shower in the middle of the bathroom. But not a big deal. The breakfast area and breakfast area were wonderful. We enjoyed our mornings to eat and look out the window. Not your top of the line hotel but was wonderful fit our family. I’d stay here again.

location

We have just returned from our stay and we have a lovely experience. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The location was excellent, just above the Spanish steps.
Our room was small and a little dark but it was kept clean. it could have benefited with a set of drawers for extra storage. The shower being in the room rather then in a separate bathroom is not something I would go for but we got on with it.
We used the spa during our stay which was perfect after long days walking around Rome in the heat.
Breakfast was included and was decent overall, although the juice and water were never cold. The cups and glasses were positioned in a rather awkward place. One morning we went down at 9 and there was very little food left there was no hot options at all. which was very disappointing
One evening we had a drink on the rooftop terrace which was lovely to enjoy. drinks were available at the bar downstairs.
Stay was lovely just a few improvements to be made

Only go there for the location; the rest is to be avoided!

The list would be long with a false upgrade "only because there were no other rooms available and the suite was named a suite due to a whirlpool tub." Breakfast to be avoided!! No bread except for sandwich bread, and everything was bad. I do not recommend it.
