My experience otel the seagull

For sure it is a place to visit spacious rooms comfortable and very clean not to mention the restaurant with many exceptional gastronomic specialties typical Lucanian specialties, even excellent pizzas the staff always ready and efficient always available to me at three weeks that sweet Accommodation sleep and I felt almost at home because the owners of the 'otel and restaurant are great people, just think that Mrs. Filomena made me happy in everything you wanted for lunch dot Vincenzo a special person Stefano the waiter wonderful boy I made from tip Mrs. Concetta also wonderful as her husband finally super Mario the pizza maker and what about guys I could say endlessly thank you so much

Optimal

I spent one night on business because I was exhibiting at the Parma Fair and I must say that I found everything to be new, clean, tidy and efficient. Professional staff, only problem, looking for the needle, parking a little difficult because it was full, also the restaurant downstairs. Despite this I didn't hear any noise. I would highly recommend it.

Very modern rooms, good access from motorway

Stopped for one night en route back from Italy. Slightly difficult to find as rooms are above a cafe and restaurant however, once located, staff made us feel very welcome despite some language challenges!
The room was very modern and very clean. The double glazed windows cut out any road noise however, we struggled to adjust the air con so we found the room to be too warm for our liking.
Two things which could be improved upon - the card access to the rooms emits a loud buzz (the type you would hear in a commercial business) and this you can hear as people accessed their rooms - it's intrusive if you are trying to get to sleep.
Also, in our room, whilst the shower room looked very inviting, as there was no rubber seal on the shower door, the water from the shower ended up all over the floor!
Breakfast was served in a very homely way and the service and food was very good.

Un posto pulito

All’esterno non lasciava presagire bene, invece le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Un soggiorno positivo. Un difettto serio la assenza di tende oscuranti. Le veneziane non coprono bene la luce. Senza questo grave difetto avrei dato il massimo.

Carino

Soluzione last minute tutto piccolo ma molto carino e pulito signora alla reception cordiale buono il rapporto qualità prezzo colazione adeguata per un garni ad una stella, vicino al centro . Unico neo il telecomando della tv non funzionava nel complesso consigliato per un soggiorno senza troppe pretese
