A Gem in the City Center

Completely new and renovated guest house; enviable location in the city center just steps from Via Toledo and Piazza Plebiscito; kindness and availability above the
Media ; check-in access and super fast bureaucracy and ownership more than collaborative. Highly recommended.

My visit to Naples

It is a very charming b&b. Why is it in the historic center of Naples? The room is furnished in a modern style, the owner was very kind, and the room was spotless. The location is a few steps from Via Toledo, Via Chiaia and Piazza Plebiscito. We had a great time we will definitely return.

Bad general situation, I would recommend carrying out maintenance on everything.

The only positive things are the spacious room (I took the suite) and the central location near via Toledo.
The lights in the corridors and hall are almost all burnt out, I found the toilet seat broken (as per the attached photos), the bathroom door handle is broken (as per the attached photos), the wardrobe is broken (as per attached photos), the air conditioner does not work and the mini bar also, because it does not cool, among other things in the mini bar there should be much more choice as listed in the menu, but inside there is only water (as per the attached photos) .
I called the managers because there is no staff in the facility, I listed the various problems and they blamed previous customers.
Bad general situation, I would recommend carrying out maintenance on everything, and paying more attention to reports.

Great location and nothing more…

In the last year and a half, thanks to the well-deserved entry of Naples into the most visited cities in Italy, these self-styled "luxury" B&Bs have sprung up like mushrooms which are nothing more than rooms (even quite small) in historic buildings just a few steps from the beauties of the most fascinating city in the world after Rio de Janeiro (in my humble opinion).
Here, excellent location and nothing more.
The price, which being a B&B, should be modest, is actually very high when compared to hotels (obviously not so central) which however offer breakfast, parking and above all constant service.
You never see anyone here, the room was really small, dirty and smelly, hair on the shower head which hadn't been cleaned and peeled off for centuries (in fact little water came out). A dull noise kept us up all night and when I reported it they pretended not to know when in reality I had already read about it in some reviews.
Last but not least I requested the invoice but between one excuse and another it never arrived after three months.
Terrible place, terrible assistance in everything.
The classic people for whom one then goes home and speaks badly of the Neapolitans
And as a Neapolitan I cannot accept it.

A beautiful accommodation exactly between the glamor of Chiaia and the chaotic energy of the Quartieri Spagnoli

Formidable location, between Chiaia and the Quartieri Spagnoli and a few steps from the central Via Toledo, Plebiscito and quite close to two metro stations. Very large room for four people, recently renovated. Excellent communications with managers
