Offering pool views, Le Lappe is an accommodation set in Cavriglia, 31 km from The Mall Luxury Outlet and 38 km from Piazza Matteotti. This farm stay features a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking.

Bitter “Gymnastics” but with Happy Ending.
Our experience did not start well starting from the “how” we got there.
I want to take my tooth out right away stating that those who, like me, have a sports car do not have to go and eat there because you smash everything!
I imagine winter with the cold and the rain as well as the eventual Snow how do you get there. A descent that no longer ended with craters more than holes with a curve that sent chills. I recommend (jokingly) to the property to pave or make available a helicopter or more humbly in Service to pick you up and bring you back with a jeep. That said, let's get to the gist:
Amazing setting that feels like being in England. Beautiful wooden furniture. Refined and beautiful furnishings.
Excellent food. Never had a bruschetta with blueberry and gorgonzola bread and pear jam to lose your mind.
Vegetable crêpes served in delicious earthenware.
Homemade dumplings with wow mushrooms.
Correct price for Location and Service as well as dishes. Super friendly staff. Matteo a love. I will be back without a shadow of a doubt but first I have to change my cars (you joke).

Riguardo alla strada d’accesso, comprendiamo il Suo punto di vista e apprezziamo anche lo spirito con cui ne parla. Gli ultimi 900 metri sono sterrati e un po’ rustici, e ci stiamo lavorando costantemente per renderli il più agevoli possibile, pur mantenendo intatto il fascino naturale del luogo. Ci piace pensare che invitino i nostri ospiti a rallentare e godersi il bosco che circonda Le Lappe — ma promettiamo che non servirà cambiare auto per tornare a trovarci!

Back, winter version
After the summer, I promised myself I would return in winter.
The menus as reiterated by the sunny Matteo, which I find after these months, change according to the seasons.
The resort is due to close in January due to works, so there is little time to go there before reopening.
Matteo besides being a great ceremonialist, has a respectable team with him.
The waiters have changed, but the service is impeccable and at a high level.
I regret the fact that they also reach this place, families with young children, 6-9 years old, who rightly, after a while 'break down: I give you a tip, take them to the pizzeria, there are other noisy children, who raise their voices and maybe want to socialize with your little ones, running like quadrupeds in the park.
I found a black cabbage pie, unsurpassed and say that I am certainly not a lover of these dishes (not to mention the puffs as entree, mushrooms, top).
I continue with two first courses, tagliatelle with game sauce and potato tortelli, with a heart of porcini mushrooms. The latter, although good, lacked character, although I understand the reason to leave them simple, not to cover the natural flavor of potato and the mushroom itself.
To close, San Giovannese stew, delicate, but good, properly cooked, as per tradition. The dishes are expressed, it takes time to prepare them : if you are in a hurry, it is not the place for you. Rather there is to enjoy a beautiful room, a good music and a warm room, decorated for the holidays, really a joy for the eyes.
I accompanied everything with a cabernet.
Quality is paid for and felt, it is not a place for everyone and that is why children, especially if they are small, you must take them elsewhere, perhaps to the tavern, not to places where you relax.

Experience to try
Unexpected and definitely pleasant stay with my better half. We happened to be in a period where the only room occupied was ours so the owners spoiled and pampered us, the room was comfortable with a view and a peace of mind unmatched, definitely the fireplace in the room an added value . The SPA corner really cared for in every detail with a breathtaking view. In addition, if you are visiting them in summer you can also pamper yourself with their pool in the middle of nature. The friendly staff, friendly and attentive to any need, we will definitely come back to find them.

Stay on paved roads and confirm address for google map navigation
Beautiful property with great service and charming rooms. If you are driving -beware ! Google maps takes you on dangerous unpaved roads with huge ruts and drop offs. We had a big car otherwise we could have gotten stuck. See Brian W’s tip regarding address to enter in google maps and confirm with staff before driving there.
