This place is super cute and nicely decorated. It looks just like pictures. It’s very clean! The kitchen has just the basics but pretty much all you need to eat takeout or put together a small quick meal. It also has a wine opener. The location is great. Easily walkable to all Florence has to offer and the good restaurants. 4th floor location but has a very nice elevator.
The cons of this place are that while the flat is super cute, it’s not very functional. Bed pillows (one per person) were very soft feather type and squished into a flat pancake offering no support even folded in half. I only use soft pillows so this is me saying that these pillows need changing or a second pillow added. There are not enough places to hang towels—no place for a hand towel. They provide a washer which is really nice but there is no drying rack. No suitcase stands so suitcases open on floor. The freezer is badly in need of defrosting and all the ice is holding food odors in. This is more feedback for the owner than a reason not to rent here. It really is a lovely spot and we would stay again.

The property is in a good location, the apartment is clean but it has plumbing issues! One bathroom had clogged sink and shower drain, the shower basin filled with smelly water on the last night. If you are a lite sleeper this isn’t the place for you! Very noisy area! Overall ok

Most comfortable bed we stayed in on our tour of Italy. Perfect location, host was very communicative and easy to reach. Will be using again on our next trip!

Good location. 1/2 block away from Ponte Vecchio bridge. 15- 20min walk to Duomo. Clean & safe area. Apartment was comfortable for our family of four. 2 bathrooms was a plus. Only negative was both AC systems in rooms did not cool off area well enough.

MIGUEL and family of four. Our stay in your property was unbelievable. This apartment has a great location, large space, super clean, close to many historical places and museum, and steps from Ponte Vecchio. That was our MUST to reserve. It was pricier than most places we attempted to reserve. Your service was outstanding.
