Olasz nyaralás

Késöi érkezésünket a szállásadó fogadta és megvárt minket. Igaz csak olaszul beszélt de a technika segítségével kiválóan megértettük magunkat. A szállás közelében több reggelizőhely is van és bevásárlásra nagyobb üzlet is. A szállás tiszta volt. 10 perces kényelmes sétával már a Via Ethnánál voltunk onnantól pedig már nem messze a központ.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

I was with family and some friends on August 5-6, 2025. Cozy place, comfortable, clean. Nice rooms: we rested well. We will be back! I highly recommend it.Great experience! Thanks to Mr. Antonio, always available and helpful!

Bad experience

Negative experience. We only stayed one night fortunately.
Third floor without elevator. Arrived at the front door, I ring the doorbell, nobody answers, then I call the phone and a gentleman answers asking me if I had even booked, as if he did not know who should come to stay overnight. He asks me to send him the documents and the picture of the blocked room again (absurd).
We get to the third floor and I still didn't have the codes to get in and we didn't even know where the keys were.
We go into the room .. simple room, with air conditioning and fridge and TV, outside bathroom (it was attached to our room, I do not know if it was shared with another room or not). There is no bathroom kit, not even the hairdryer was present.
The room also lacked bulbs to the abojour on the bedside tables.
The next morning I had problems with the coffee machine. Luckily there was the girl who was cleaning up who helped me out. Only positive note.
They didn't even send me a receipt of payment (done online precisely because there was no one in the structure).
As breakfast there were only two croissants bagged on the bedside table in the room and two coffee pods. That's it.
Proximity to the prison 10 minutes from downtown.
Recommendation to no one.

Room with private bathroom (Diletta)

Strategic location, in the center, on the 3rd floor without a lift, carrying the bags up was a struggle. Nice room with shower and sink in the room, the toilet in a small closet, modern furnishings, poorly functioning air conditioning, we left the cold, a light duvet on the bed. Total lack of shower effects (shower gel, shampoo), lack of coat hangers.
Absent staff we didn't see anyone but only telephone or whatsapp contacts.

Buona struttura in centro.. cordialissimi ed affidabili.. consigliato per chi arriva a Catania e vuole stare a due passi dal centro. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa con un parcheggio a due passi.. super gentile il gestore
