Az Alghero központjában, a Spiaggia di Las Tronas strandtól 600 méterre található La Pervinca légkondicionált szobákkal és ingyenes Wi-Fi-vel várja vendégeit. A nemrég felújított panzió 1,1 km-re fekszik az algherói kikötőtől és 11 km-re a Nuraghe di Palmaverától.

Great experience
Fantastic B&B a few steps from the center of Alghero. The owner Antonello was fantastic, gave us lots of directions on where to go. Every morning he prepared a great breakfast with homemade cakes and more. Friendly, kind and helpful. Great value for money! We will definitely return

poor room rentals!
I booked this property, which is objectively in a great location near the center, shops, and the waterfront, thinking it was a B&B, but it is actually a ROOM RENTAL! You stay directly inside the owner's apartment, where you can smell food, dust, and stale air, as if fresh air never circulates.
As soon as we arrived, we were forced to pay the entire amount immediately, in cash, without receiving any receipt (only upon our request did he take photos of our identification documents).
But let's get to the rooms! Initially, we were offered a tiny room with 2 very small beds, a microscopic bathroom without a bidet, and a window facing the roof with visible debris, being told it was what we had requested (but when??). Upon seeing our puzzled faces, we were then shown another room (the one in the photo next to this) that was definitely more spacious and welcoming, with a bathroom in good condition, a window, and lines to hang beach towels. Unfortunately, the towels provided had an unpleasant musty smell, as if they had been stored in the wardrobe drawer for who knows how long! We obviously asked to change them, and the next day we were accommodated, fortunately!
The owner, Mr. Antonello, initially appears friendly; in the morning during breakfast, served directly in the dining room of his home, he comes to chat with us. However, following our requests for at least one type of plant-based milk and an extra cup of coffee, he begins to get annoyed.
Breakfast included generic brand pastries, packaged, toasted bread, mixed cookies in a cookie jar, all without traceability, yogurt, and cappuccino or coffee (not both, mind you!). For 2 days, he brought us slices of cake made by his wife, but one day we didn't eat it, and from then on he was offended, so he didn't offer us anything more, oh well...
The climax comes at the end of the vacation when we kindly ask him if we could leave our backpacks in a corner of the house until early afternoon (we had a flight at 6:30 PM) to allow us one last morning at the beach, but he absolutely does not accept this request, saying that the cleaning ladies need to come to clean the room at 10 (but which cleaning ladies?? He does the cleaning himself here!!). I try to gently insist, but he gets irritated and absolutely does not accept, leaving while grumbling, and from then on he is never seen again, barely saying goodbye on the last day.
He then forces us to end our vacation wandering around the city with heavy backpacks on our shoulders, in 30-degree heat, looking for luggage storage lockers, costing us 20 euros.
I give two stars only for the location; I absolutely do not recommend it for anything else!

A hovel
I begin by warning that it is not a b & b , but renters and here begins the scam , then as soon as you get to the room if you can call it a hole with two beds with old sheets in a single window with exposed scaffolding and unfortunately a micro bathroom without bidet , as I told the owner who had not warned me immediately began to scream saying that he had told me , but screamed like a madman , breakfast in the morning with two cellophaned snacks a micro slice of inedible cake and unfortunately undrinkable tap water , but this is nothing compared to the nastiness of the host , because we were sleeping in his house where there was nowhere to be able to lay a swimsuit , there were no access areas even a terrace and then the house always had a strong acrid smell of cooking in short, a nightmare , ruined our holiday . Chambre chez l’habitant
On ne peut appeler cet endroit un B&B car il s agit d une chambre dans l’appartement du propriétaire. Il nous reçoit dans sa salle à manger et est présent le temps du séjour. On n’a donc accès qu’à notre chambre.
Immeuble très bien situé à 5 mns du port qui mène au centre ville.
Le petit déjeuner est pris dans la salle à manger du propriétaire Antonello.
Petit déjeuner = gâteau frais préparé par Mme chaque matin, et yaourts, sinon croissants sous vide, biscottes sous vide, biscuits sous vide et pas de fruits ou salé.
Antonello est un guide hors pair et connaît la Sardaigne par cœur et donne de très bonnes idées de visite.
Nous avons eu bcp de chances pour trouver une place. Pas de parking.
