Very silent and chilling place

Hotel is good as well the service, is basically a big house and all the rooms are separated and is very comfy to be honest. Not in the center of the down, the neighborhood very silent. A place to park your car. Stuff friendly and the hotel is clean, try as well their spa with a big pool.

they seem to be fraud, on purpose selling more rooms than they have. I have arrived in the middle of the night and was told that there is no more rooms although I have already payed for it. Only then I have read comments and eventually it happens almost once a month. In the end they offered me staying in the basement.
To summarize very dirty place, the smell is awful and there is this story with overbooking. Not recommended at all

Room was in the -1st floor. There was no window it always dark. I'm not sure about other rooms. Hotel location is far to city center.

Poor rooms, poor service, intentionally overcharged

I stayed there with a group of people in early March 2022. I booked through booking.com, although it was called "Hotel Santorini" there. When I arrived, they did not have the rooms I reserved and instead 2 of my group had to sleep on cots. The bathrooms were not clean and one bedroom was missing curtains and overlooked a busy street.
On top of all this, I was charged IVA twice for an additional 40% on top of the quote I was given for the rooms. Unfortunately we were desperate and there were no other alternatives at the late time of night.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.

a PLACE TO AVOID

Well, there were some problems. First of all when I arrived there they told me that they textED me that they cannot host us because of some technical problems. I was driving so I have not seen the message. We booked 5 rooms and they gave us 4 so we have to regruop to fit in. It is not a real hotel, it is a big house transformed into something to rent. we spent there two nights.
List of problems:
1. The first night we had no heat.
2. Few outlets in the room.
3. Parking was small especially if the hotel is full. When we arrived we found a stationary truck in the parking place.
4. Improvised bathroom: cabin door was tied with a rope from the heater.
5. They were asked for the money the day before the end of the stay. That's rude.
