Good choice
It's not luxurious, but it's very good for a couple of days. The hostel is "hidden" in an inner courtyard. It is a few meters from the bus stop for the airport. Very safe and quiet area, close to the central station.
The rooms are small but the truth is that we slept very well. The bed was very comfortable and the silence absolute. There is a safe in the access to the inner courtyard.

Jó egy éjszaka
A szoba rendben van, de a takarók nem tűnnek olyan tisztának.
Az ágy kényelmes, de a párna kicsi és túl puha.
Csendes hely.
Oké egy éjszaka, talán drága, amit kínál.
Forró a hálószobában, de zajos utca, ha alszik az ablakkal.

Terrible with out responsible
Good afternoon, My name Is Olga Maistrovich
On November 20th, at around 20.00., I booked a room at the Coco hostel for my mother, Svetlana Maistrovich, on the booking.com website
I immediately paid 43 euros for her room. I realized that my mother would be alone in a room with her own shower and toilet. Moreover, I indicated that my mother would arrive between 22.00 and 23.00 I received a letter with the answer that there wasnt problem and that they would soon send me information with a code to open the door to the hostel.
In the end, no one sent a code to my Italian phone number or email. My mother arrived at the hostel at around 22.30
The front door to the hotel was opened for my mother by other hostel residents. There wasnt nobody at the reception. My mother called the number on the hotel sign to get the code for her room. I wrote more than 5 letters asking for the code. My mother stood in the hallway for more than an hour. The shared toilet was locked. Then she found the only chair on which she sat and waited for someone to send me the code by email. My mother spent the night on a chair in a hostel with no toilet, no shower, no bed, like a dog. I am completely outraged.
It was night outside, the hostel is located in the courtyards, there was no taxi on the street to go to another hostel. Moreover, my mother doesnt speak Polish or English. In the morning I hoped that one of the workers would come to the hotel. And she would be able to at least take a shower and rest for a few hours! But no one was there, no one sent me the code to open the door in the morning. No one answered the morning call.
Around 9.30 my mother left. Exhausted, dirty and with a desire to go to the toilet.
I have been working with tourists for over 10 years as a guide and have visited more than 30 countries, in such a situation, not a single tourist of mine has ever refused! I am outraged. I ask for an explanation why no one sent the code to open the door to my mother. Why was there no information on the website about the absence of staff in the hostel during the meeting? Why didnt one answer the phone calls. Due to the carelessness of the hostel staff, my mother got stressed, moreover, no one returned the 43 euros I paid, no one apologized for the harm caused. I didnt sleep all night, worrying about my mother and waiting for her here in Italy. Because she had a flight only on November 21 at 21.00!
My mother was on the road for 36 hours without sleep due to the negligence of the hostel staff.
I am waiting for your explanations and suggestions on how we can resolve this situation.

good night in the city centre
A decent hostel, clean, no problems with reservation or equipment, entrance code and information about keys sent by SMS;
In the room there was an electric cattle, cups, tea and instant coffee; hair dryer and a fan (as there is no aircondition). Bed sheets and towels are also provided.
Kitchen with a cattle, microwave, cups, plates and cutlery - clean and nice. BUT not much room to sit and eat. No common space.
We had a room with a separate bathroom and WC in the corridor. They were exclusively for our needs but a bit far from the room.
If you need a park place for the car (paid extra), you have to book in advance; which I recommend for the car is in the inner yard and the gate is locked for the night. Although you can park the street nearby but you pay as well during the day.

Once payment was made, staff's attitude changed
I made a last-minute booking. The hostel staff was friendly and very responsive. As the reception closes at 8 pm, she told me that I could get the key from a key box when I arrive at 9 pm, after prepaying for the stay. This worked very smoothly.
The room was more or less as expected - not outstanding but I also wouldn't complain.
However, the towels (and soap) that they were supposed to provide were missing. I don't carry a towel when traveling. I immediately emailed the staff and started looking for a towel in the public areas in vain. The consequence was: I could not take a shower and was wiping my hands on my t shirt.
Well, mistakes happen. However, what really disappointed me:
1. I had to address this issue up myself during checkout, even though I emailed 12 hours earlier
2. The staff said "sorry" and nothing more.
3. I had to repeatedly state that I'm disappointed, and that it was a real inconvenience that there wasn't a towel provided. I found it really disappointing getting answers like: During the current pandemic, some travellers don't even want a towel. I was 'upgraded' to another room that I did not even ask for.
4. I told the staff that I'm disappointed and want to give them a chance to make up for it. And that I can't acceptable being told unrelated arguments. Finally she gave in and told me she'd talk to her manager a few hours later to ask for a refund. I asked her to get back to me by email, no matter what is the response.
5. Two nights have passed since and I haven't heard from them.
I'm disappointed by the unprofessional behavior much more than by the fact that the towel was missing, thus I'm venting through this review and warning another travellers. I will be staying in places where paying customers are treated the way they deserve next time.
