Memorable Vacation
Everything about our stay was exceptional—from the smooth check-in process to the delightful surprise birthday cake, delicious food, scenic views, and beautiful property layout. Booking 4 rooms for a large multi-generational family can be complex, but every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure each generation was comfortable and well taken care of. A big, heartfelt thank you to the entire Trident Udaipur team for making our family celebration truly memorable!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Trident Udaipur. The property is beautiful, our room was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, making our stay truly memorable. The food was excellent with a great variety, and every meal was a delight.
What truly sets Trident apart, however, is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The service was simply flawless from the moment we arrived until we checked out.
A very special mention and heartfelt thank you to the team for arranging an on-call doctor at 1:00 AM when our daughter suddenly fell ill. Being in an unfamiliar city, we had no idea where to find medical assistance, and their prompt response was an absolute blessing. The staff continued to check on her well-being throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. This level of genuine care and compassion is rare and truly reflects the values of Trident.

Great property, outstanding service!
Great property, outstanding service. We stayed at the Trident hotel for a family vacation. The hotel is beautiful and very aesthetically designed. Always sparkling clean - the common spaces and the rooms. The color that you can see from any window in the hotel is a bright, fresh green of beautifully maintained lawns. The lawns are shared with the Oberoi Udaivilas and one can take a buggy ride to view the property from inside. The highlight of our trip was a private dance from one of the many peacocks that live in the lawns right outside our room's window!
The hotel is located right on Lake Pichola and one can take a walk by the lakeside. The pool was always clean and it was lovely to swim taking in the beautiful garden views. The breakfast and dinner buffets are both great with great taste, variety and service.
The staff is very helpful, always ready with a smile and I would like to make a special mention of Shalini from housekeeping who made sure that our rooms were always spic and span. She even gave us a beautiful gift of two peacocks as we were leaving! Pic below!
