Great stay
The rooms are rustic here giving away the British India vibes. The service is also good with a great food available. Lovely stay!

Very Disappointing Experience
This was our third visit to this resort. Our previous two stays were pleasant, which is why we chose to come back. Unfortunately, this time our experience was completely different.
We stayed from 31st July to 2nd August as a group of three couples, including one couple with a baby. We paid nearly ₹60,000 just for the rooms, expecting the same level of hospitality as before.
Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.
The resort is built on a very steep slope, making it difficult to walk between the rooms and the reception, especially with a baby. There was no shuttle/buggy service, which made moving around inconvenient.
We also experienced several issues:
* There were insects inside the room.
* Some towels were unclean.
* We requested fresh towels, but they were never brought.
* Basic toiletries were incomplete.
* The swimming pool was not well maintained, and the water was visibly unclean.
The most disappointing part was the staff’s behavior.
When we changed rooms, we were asked to settle the pending room service bill. We immediately agreed. Since the reception was far from our room, we requested the staff to bring the bill and QR code so we could pay from the room. They did, but the payment couldn’t be completed because of poor mobile network coverage and unreliable Wi-Fi at the resort. The staff member returned to the reception.
Later, while we were out sightseeing, we received a call from a staff member. Before realizing the call had connected, we overheard him speaking disrespectfully in Tamil and assuming we were trying to avoid payment. We don’t remember the exact words, but the tone, attitude, and language were rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. Even after realizing we had heard the conversation, there was no sincere apology.
We never refused to pay. We had already agreed to settle the bill and even attempted to pay. The delay was only because of the resort’s poor connectivity.
It’s disappointing that after being repeat guests, we were treated this way. We sincerely hope the management looks into these issues and improves both the service standards and the way guests are treated.

We will be examining the staff interaction, room-service follow-up, housekeeping standards, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi connectivity, and assistance available for guests travelling with infants or facing mobility challenges.
We regret that we failed to recognise and value your loyalty as a repeat guest. Please accept our sincere apologies to you, the other couples, and especially the family travelling with the baby.
