Nyugodt és csendes

Nagyon pihentető tartózkodás olyan közel a szent folyóhoz. Nagyon jó lehetőségek a szálloda éttermében és nagyon jó étel a Ram Jhula híd mellett, mindössze 5 perces sétával. A szoba nagy volt és nagyon tiszta, ugyanaz a fürdőszoba. A melegvíz először nem működik, de azonnal megoldják. Kiváló figyelmet a személyzet. légkondicionáló és mini hűtőszekrény a szobában, TV-vel. A város rossz energiafelhasználású és rossz internet, de a szálloda a legjobb a néma generátor és a WiFi héten, de dolgozik. Nagy jóga osztályok valódi swami-val jó áron (200 rupie osztályonként).

Very disappointing experience. The staff used abusive language and behaved very unprofessionally. The bathroom drainage was in terrible condition, and sewage even backed up into the bathroom, which was extremely unhygienic. They charged money for the welcome drink, whereas many hotels provide it as a complimentary service. They didn't even provide complimentary drinking water. The room was also in poor condition, and we even found a lizard inside. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and management were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality.
Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. Worst experience ever I will never recommended this property pathetic.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Moksha. We arrived at 11 AM and requested early check-in, but instead of a polite response, we were asked to pay extra in a way that felt unreasonable and opportunistic. The manager’s behavior made things worse—he was rude, dismissive, and showed no basic courtesy. There was no proper explanation of policies or any effort to help; instead, we were treated with a condescending attitude. This place seems more focused on extracting extra money than providing genuine hospitality. Guests deserve respect and transparency, not arrogance. I would not recommend staying here, as there are far better options in Rishikesh. the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money at all.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that there appears to be a discrepancy in the details mentioned. As per our records, the arrival was early in the morning at around 6:00 am and not 11:00 am, well before the standard check-in time of 1:00 pm i.e. almost 7 hours early and the hotel was operating at full occupancy at that time.
In such situations, early check-in is always subject to room availability. Despite the constraints, our team informed you that a room would be arranged as soon as a check-out was completed and requested some time for the same. Applicable early check-in charges were communicated as per standard policy, which is followed uniformly for all guests.
We would also like to highlight that our team made efforts to accommodate the request, even under limited availability. We regret if the communication was perceived otherwise, as it is never our intention to cause inconvenience.
We remain committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and respectful service for all our guests.

There was no toilet paper, no towels and no water, staff weren't helpful. The location is good and it was clean.
