My Stay review.

Good hotel in town, with well connected to metro,Good staff, clean room with Alexa connected T.V. The food is also good with great service. Overall my experience was very good. Plus the common area of basement is must visit and enjoy good music.

Disappointing Stay at BK Studios Hotel

I had a very poor experience at BK Studios Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The service was unprofessional, the staff was unresponsive and at times even rude, and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to resolve the issues.
What was promised while booking looked great on paper, but the reality was far from it — from hygiene to hospitality, everything fell short. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. I suggest looking elsewhere for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Fraudsters and criminals

Their service is pathetic. They will give you stained bedsheets and then blame you for it when you raise the concern. They offered broken kettle and the washroom was flooded with cockroaches. They even charged ₹1000 for their mismanagement in the bedsheet issue. They are very unethical towards their guests and the Manager there is unaware of these things. Would never visit such place again and won't recommend someone to visit either. These guys are just fraudsters and should have police complaint against them for harassing their guests

BK studios stay

Ashish made our stay really comfortable and cozy, staff was available 24*7 for service. Happy with our stay. Location is good and rooms and bathrooms are clean. It's a complete stay if you want a good place in gurgaon

Good food good amenities nice balcony
Service is good staff is very polite .Best thing is every room is provide with alexa you can enjoy song very good for music lovers .Nice set up . Everything is easily available safe place to visit with friends and family
