Value for money

This hotel is value for money. Price is budget. Room were spacious neat and clean. Food was good in quality and quantity. Staff are good. They deliver all things at time. No complaints about hotel. Owner of hotel is very co operative. He help me a lot. He arrange a taxi for me to visit agra city.

Value for money

Hotel is value for money. I compare price on tripe advisior and booked hotel at great price. It located out of city and on highway. Staff are good they arrange taxi for local visit for agra and fathepur sekri. Food is also good. Service is need to improve. Some time they delay in service. Room was quite good with spacious and comfortable.

Inadequate Infrastructure

I stayed at Vikram Palace Hotel,Agra during the ICNM 2015 International Conference organised by Hindustan College of Science & Technology,Mathura.
What I found the Hotel was that though the Staff was amusingly cooperative the infrastructure of the Hotel needs to be managed .... Lift never operates sometimes,Phone call gets unattended,Geyser malfunctions,Breakfast don't get served....so and so forth.
But economically the pricing is feasible.

Good, Reasonable place to Stay in Agra

A nice place to stay. Best part is the location. Just adjacent to the Agra-Mathura-Delhi highway.
Though average in most of the amenities but Customer service and food is excellent.
Will always be a good option to stay
Better option if you want to avoid the narrow city lanes of city.

Comfortable Stay

Stopped here for a couple of hours to have lunch and refresh. Looked like a decent place, clean and maintained. The staff was courteous. I liked the food served. Overall a good option for budget stay.
