A lovely little hotel in the old town/center of split. They serve breakfast in another hotel nearby. You will get a film when you check-in that will show you the way.
The hotel was very quiet, clean and cold which we really appreciated because when we arrived it was a temperature record of 39,7 degrees outside.
If you want to stay in the city center near the boats who vill take you to the other islands we can warmly recommend this hotel.

This is a set of rooms in an old building directly across from the main gate to Diocletian’s Palace. The host Tiffani meets you in person and checks you in. She was very responsive to any questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was around the corner in another small family hotel and was delicious and plentiful. This was a fantastic location to stay in a very comfortable room. We were very pleased.

Great location, but comes with a drawback. There’s a bar on the first floor and patrons stand outside and smoke throughout the day and night. The cigarette smoke makes it way into the room when you have the windows open. Also, residual street noise from persons walking outside on the same street. The owner Tifani is very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful.

I want to go back!

Great location just steps from the Diocletian's palace! Room was spacious - biggest I could find in Split with 3 beds! Owner was lovely, gave us everything we needed and let us keep our bags as noone was checking in that day. Would definitely stay here if I come back to Split

Fabulous accommodation & ideal base for exploring Split

Tifani was an attentive host who was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect. Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back.
Clean, airy, spacious rooms. Hairdryer. Wardrobe with hangers. Tea, coffee and kettle. Towels changed each day.
Three of us sharing a room and we were quick getting showered with hot water for all of us.
Extra bedding in the wardrobe meant we were cosy as the temps did drop at night despite the 27degree day heat.
Wonderful breakfast at her father’s restaurant a two minute walk away. Recommend the scrambled eggs with vegetables and coffee is on point!
