The apartment was clean and bright. The owner was very helpful and kind. We had some problems with our car and he was willing to come with us to help. The location was close to the center, but we had to go up and down many stairs.

Unpleasant owner!

After we spent a night in Villa Matic and woke up around 9.00 am the owner told us to to pack our things and leave the room by 10.00 am. He didn’t say that when we took a room a day before. Just the opposite he was very pleasant. However, we left a room, packed our things in the car and took a coffee on a common terrace. The owner’s wife insisted to take a coffee before leaving. After a wille the owner came and told us that he is waiting for us on a parking, because “this house has some order and he can’t do anything until we leave it!” So literally he kicked us out. It was very unpleasant experience. We were under the impression for a while..

The perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

The place was super nice and the owner and his family too. The value of money is good, location is fine as well. Flat was so clean. He offered us free parking.
I totally recommend staying in this place.

really nice apt but be prepared to go up and down hundreds of stairs

apartment was great and the owner was incredibly helpful and nice - he even brought us some ice cold beers when we got there! the only downside is, it's located on a hill, so eventhough the view is breathtaking, you have to go up/down hundreds of stairs to get to the old town (10 min walk tops)

Perfect for a family to enjoy Dubrovnik !

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 3-bedroom apartment of Villa Matic, with a nice view on the sea. Very conveniently located to visit the old town walking (unless you do not like steps... in which case Dubrovnik is not really for you), after leaving your car at the Villa car parking spot.
Appartment is large, quiet and comfortable, with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine.
Warm and caring welcome from the very nice owners !
