Awesome terrace with view of old town and harbour

This is my 2nd time and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik. It’s terrace and views of the old city, particularly at sunset, are superb. Our room for 2 single women was right off the terrace. The bed was really twin beds with separate sheets, so it was perfectly fine. It is steps from the old city. Silvija, who manages the bookings and works at the Perla Adriatica travel agency next door, is extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Our Stay at Villa Adriatica

The location and the terrace were fabulous! But… the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, the rooms weren’t very clean ( lots of dirt under the beds) one of the showers flooded, the TV’s didn’t work, there wasn’t a coffee pot and there was no hot water in the kitchen! But… the location and the terrace were fabulous!

Excellent location, fabulous patio but dirty, not working AC, bathroom and TV

Fantastic location with a magical patio just outside the walls.
Unfortunately untidy, checked under the bed where it probably has not been cleaned last year. Otherwise, dirty little here and there.
In one of the bathrooms, the drain did not work so that the floor was flooded when using the shower or sink.
In one of the bedrooms the AC system did not work which was reported to the host, unfortunately no action.
In one of the rooms the TV did not work, the other rooms unknown.
The kitchen utensils gave something to be desired.
Great apartment that cost a lot with excellent location but unfortunately dirty. Could have been excellent with better care.
Unfortunately no reaction from the host despite remarks

Good view!

Amazing terrace and view! You can only stay here for the terrace as the rooms are very old. Towels are very old, towels and bed linens are washed but does not look clean (changed color due to being washed many times). If you examine closely you will see that room is not deeply cleaned. Furniture is antique. Due to old furniture there is a smell in the room. There is a big shared kitchen downstairs. The location is very good. Bed is not very comfortable. There is supermarket nearby and a patisserie (we did not like their products), taxi station is right infront. If you are looking for location, view and a nice terrace facing the old port this is the best location for you. If you pay attention to newness, cleanliness it is a big no no! The check out time is 10am, which i was not been informed and learned later.. on our last day assuming like all the other hotels check out time is 12pm- i came from city center around 11:30am to use the bathroom one last time however when i entered the room there was a lady cleaning (we did not even check-out!) and she did not let me use the toilet and took the keys from me which was very dissapointing!"

Nothing but breathtaking

Visited this accommodation with a group of 8 women. My sister organised everything so I really didn’t take much notice of what she had booked.
Upon arrival we were met by our landlady who greeted us and ushered us across a busy road. 20 metres away was the door to a beautiful hideaway.
The accommodation was dated to uk standards but lovely and traditional. Kitchen was like a well loved museum piece, but equally enchanting.
Really clean and homely.
The deal breaker had to be the view from the terrace. It left all of us speechless. So stunning and unexpected.
A perfect retreat for a group of friends or family.
Lovely bakery just outside of the villa and a very helpful tourist information shop on the corner.
Situated right next to the gate of the old town.
This is one destination that I feel I will struggle to beat.
Dubrovnik prices are on a par with upmarket Bristol.
I’d return for a romantic break but not a weeks holiday.
Not enough sandy beaches but if you like boat trips you’ll be spoilt for choice.
