Amazing place

There are not enough words to express how good was our experience at Madonnas studios. Everything was perfect. Clean beautiful rooms in a beautiful quite street at the old town, best location, free parking near by and above all the best service you can ask for. Thomais is there to help in everything every second of the. And the treats! Cake, cookies, ice cream yogurt. Thank you Thomais we will come again for sure!

Wonderful experience

We arrived at the studios at 14.00 and Thomais was waiting for us outside with her dog Simba. After being given perfect instructions of where to park and how to get to the studios,we were shown to our room and were immediately brought fresh orange juice. An apple cake and cookies were waiting in our room. We were there for 3 nights, and each day we were brought a different treat. It was there we were introduced to Cretian Mountain tea!
A few minutes walk from the harbour, but in a quiet side street without any tourists. If you are looking for a quiet place in the old city of Chania with a wonderful host, then this is the place for you .

Beautiful place, incredibly kind host and amazing location, truly!!!!

We stayed for 10 days this August and had an amazing time. The apartment was beautiful with two balconies to choose from, ideally located in a quiet backstreet just a few seconds from the harbour area. It was truly incredible. The town beach is only a short walk away and you can get the bus to beaches further afield. Last of all, the host - I am really sorry, I cannot remember the name - was incredibly kind and welcoming. We are coeliac and she even made the effort to go and buy gluten-free flour and make us a couple of lovely breakfasts with honey and cheese cakes. Amazing place and Amazing kindness. We loved it, thank you.

Warm and hospitable

I stayed twice at Madonna Studios - on my arrival in Crete for a few nights and on my departure. I was wearing an orthopaedic boot during my stay due to an accident in the UK but was found access easy in the downstairs rooms and felt very welcome and safe. The studios are perfectly located in the quiet streets of the old town, perfect for exploring and just a 10 minute walk (or hobble in my case) to the town beach. Delicious traditional greek food and drink were offered by the host, taxis arranged to and from the airport and don't miss the food market on Saturday mornings, I found fresh figs so was very happy. Thank you for everything.

Cretan hospitality at its best

We three adults stayed in studio five on the top floor of this beautiful house. Thomias provided delicious cake, cookies, and cheese pies with honey which we enjoyed on on our two balconies - one sunny, one shady. The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette stocked with good coffee, teas and water. Thomias is the perfect hostess and gave excellent restaurant suggestions. The location is perfect and we adored our stay. (no elevator)
