A Cloudberry szállása 100 méterre a strandtól található Kalyves településén, Haníában. A szálláshely ingyenes wifivel és kerttel várja vendégeit. Minden apartmanhoz tengerre néző kültéri pihenősarok vagy erkély tartozik.

Hidden Gem by the Beach / Away From Crowds
What a terrific hidden gem! Do you won’t find them on Booking.com or other reservation platforms but instead the savings is reflected in your room rate. You could pay three times the price at a fancy hotel and not have a different experience.!
I rented a first floor studio, which was clean, fresh, well appointed and modern.
Literally just steps away to the beach and to multiple restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts.
A five minute walk to the other side of the strip where you’ll find even more restaurants and shopping!
Owned and operated by a great English speaking Swedish couple.
Check it out!

A quiet and clean hotel for relaxation.
Perfect location with a nice view of the sea. The small hotel has Kalive's greenest lawn framed by a wall on one side, flowers and palm trees complement the setting and give a warm and pleasant feeling that you have come to the right place. In addition, delicately furnished apartments and studios with everything that may be needed for a week's stay in a quiet and friendly Kalives.
The hotel is clean, quiet and safe. The nice lady checking in guests seems to recognize many of them. The feeling that this is a hotel that attracts many regulars is reinforced when you hear the lady chatting with her guests.
The area feels genuine and many of the hotel's neighbors seem to be permanent residents, both Greeks and other nationalities
A few steps and a short alley and you are down on the beach promenade and the small fine restaurants.

Lovely gem
Anna and Ulf are very welcoming and this was my first solo adventure so it was a wonderful first experience. I would highky recommend Cloudberry for its exceptional sea views, comfort and cleanliness. I will return. All in all excellent...

AN OASIS of CALM with GORGEOUS VIEWS
My partner and I stayed here one night for a wedding reception nearby and we were staying in the Falasarna area, too far to drive after partying! The Cloudberry was a perfect choice. We reserved online and arrived a bit early but the delightful owners, Anna and Ulf, were happy to let us check-in.
Our unit was perfectly comfortable and ideal for our needs. Before we departed for the wedding, we sat on the lawn in one of the chaise lounges, taking in the amazing view of Kalyves Beach, Souda Bay and the surrounding terrain. What a location!
Situated on a steep hill, the dazzling white building kind of said 'Cool Inside' to us on this super-hot day! And COOL it was! There is convenient free parking 500 feet away, a nice perk. From our unit, we had a delightful view; the beds were super comfortable and there is a small efficient kitchenette and spotless bathroom with overhead shower that was very nice!
We were not there that long, about 21 hours, but it was peaceful and serene, we had a good night's rest and an enjoyable time here.
Highly recommend this heavenly spot with super sweet and friendly owners, a Garden of Eden-like setting high above the cerulean sea.

Location is great for views, but not for access or mobility.
The location is good for views, but not for easy access, or for people with mild to severe mobility.
The quoted 'meters to the beach' is slightly misleading, as this involves walking down mildly hazardous steps, across a gravel car park, and down an incline it's not simply a matter of crossing the road!
The uphill journey is really challenging, especially in the heat, or after a heavy meal. It would be quite dangerous at night as there is no lighting. The alternative to the shortcut is also an uphill struggle via the residential street.
You really must consider this if you have any mobility issues whatsoever.
The accommodation is nice and minimalistic, it has everything you need; probably more than you need in the kitchen area. The beds are soft and cozy, with plenty of storage, and some really nice touches. It's safe and secure and lone females would feel perfectly comfortable here.
The views are definitely stunning, and it's a peaceful and calm environment.
Personally, I wasn't 'that' impressed with the cleanliness. It was only OK. Although beds were freshened up daily, the bathroom sink area had the same marks on it for days, and the loo wasn't properly cleaned. Not sure why clean towels were removed, and I was left with the same bath towel for 3 days!
(I'm probably more nit-picky than some people as I'm a past Airbnb super host, so I know what to look for.... sorry!)
The owners were conspicuous by their absence, I saw them briefly 3 times in 7 days, and the reception area is completely deserted all the time, with a 'contact number' but it felt like the Marie Celeste. Just nobody around. It just kind of felt left to manage itself.
Maybe the ethos is to be non-intrusive, but I've never stayed in a place before where the owners did NOT come out and say Goodbye and thanks for coming. Very odd.
Overall it was only OK, I wouldn't go back, but others go back year after year, perhaps their experience was better than mine.
