We only stayed one night but the facilities are fabulous.
next time we would stay in a larger room for the 3 of us.

relaxing atmosphere, perfect spot to unwind, peaceful setting, ideal for taking a break. calm and inviting place to recharge.

Not worth it. Don't recommend

Not recommended for walk-ins. Should have not accommodated guests if they don't have the capacity. This is our second time going as walk in for a night swimming, and this time only the kids pool's accessible. We weren't allowed in the other pool kasi daw "madumi". But all the pools are the same naman. Anyways, not worth to be stressed for some few bucks. But what a bummer indeed..out fault too for not calling beforehand though we already went for the same in the past.

I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room.

We were greeted by bugs in the room. Booking the room was easy since they don’t have any guest during our stay there. The room and the bedding are very basic....but bed and the bedding looks dirty....with bugs and stains on the linens. Kids were not able to sleep well because of crawling and flying bugs everywhere. What makes it worse is that the toilet bowl was clogged up. We have to wait for the morning to ask the caretaker to clean and fix the problem. We left the resort early and did not return the next night even if we have already paid for our 2 nights booking. The worst stay so far from the hotels I have booked from Hotels.com. The hotel room and stay is not worth the price! I will never book or recommend this hotel to anyone. Ants and bugs are everywhere!
