It's done, I will not do it again.
The hotel resembles an American motel, a row of rooms on two levels.
A dry welcome, bordering on unpleasant, the requests for meal reservations (dinner and breakfast) are pushed to make you eat as early as possible.
The room is neither spacious nor really pleasant, the bed poorly made, and I didn't want to walk barefoot in the bathroom.
Dinner was a disaster; the dishes offered came from a supermarket, my vegetable medley had been thawed, a watery sauce (a lot of water!) accompanied the meat, etc. Why so much insistence on ordering dessert at the beginning of the meal? All of this at prices of good Parisian restaurants (dishes up to €21, glass of wine at €7, they are really taking advantage!).
A bit disappointed for €116 for the room and breakfast (excluding dinner) in a commercial area, I expected better. Only the breakfast found favor in our eyes...

En effet, notre hôtel comme tous ceux de la chaîne Campanile sont inspirés des motels Américain. Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié l'accueil que vous avez reçu, cependant veuillez noter que si nous demandons les horaires des petits déjeuners et des repas ce n'est pas pour vous faire manger le plus tôt possible mais pour fluidifier les services et ne pas avoir à vous faire attendre afin d'avoir accès à la salle.
Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre repas, vous auriez pu en faire part à notre serveuse afin de trouver une solution pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre plat. Par ailleurs, si nous vous demandons dès la prise de commande si vous souhaitez un dessert, c'est uniquement pour organiser au mieux le service pour notre chef, qui est seul en cuisine.
Nous espérons que malgré cette expérience vous laisserez une seconde chance à notre hôtel.

Campanile without charm
An old Campanile without renovation. 63 euros including breakfast was not expensive. The hotel is surrounded by a completely fenced parking lot, the gate of which was closed on arrival. My room had the usual architecture and the bathroom also had a tub. An electric kettle on the desk. At breakfast, the hot dishes were already largely consumed. The scrambled egg was filled up. The baguettes were cut but tasty. Probably average for Campanile. Located not on the Solaise, Valence south is a bit misleading. East would be more correct. Not far away is an Intermarché.

I recommend.
Very Good Welcoming. Nice room. Secure parking. And... we eat well there. This is a hotel to recommend on a holiday trip.

I call it a Hotel Cash Pump No Customer Service Good or Not Paying You
After validating a reservation at 11 pm in error (no reception after 10 pm ) and requesting a cancellation in the morning at the opening of the hotel, the money has been cashed
I am an itinerant worker and therefore I will never go to a Campanile hotel again and will never make a reservation on booking prejudice to the joke 180€
I strongly advise against this campanile hotel Valencia South just a cash pump Sleeping walk no after-sale services

Nous sommes navrés pour votre mauvaise expérience, malheureusement en effectuant la réservation les horaires d'arrivées sont bien précisés tout au long de la procédure. Cependant, il n'est pas possible d'avoir pu effectuer votre réservation à 23h, compte tenu du fait que notre hôtel ferme à 22h ce qui empêche toute nouvelle réservation.
Enfin, si vous avez fait une réservation non annulable, non modifiable nous ne pouvions rien faire compte tenu des informations précédentes pour un remboursement.
