Amazing experience.

Location
-couldn't be better! Close to old town, riverside and the new quarter.
Room
-loved it. My pervious two hotels during my travel this time didnt have fridge and air conditioner was center-controlled but this hotel was different( you know abour heatwave in Europe)
Prague is beautiful but so....packed with crowds probably in the major tourist spots. I expcted that but still..:( However this hotel made my travel much better. I would definitely recommend it.
Breakfast
-sooooo good. Not a variety of chocies but still very good enough and carefully prepared
Hospitality
-was very impressed with the hospitality. When I checked in, the staff kindly marked on the map which direction leads to the square and riverside explained basic stuff. These days they don't do that anymore and all seem to assume we know everything thanks to google and and all online resources. Anyway it is a small thing but it made me comfortable and welcomed.
Definitely i would come back.

The location was excellent—right in the centre and only a short walk from Prague’s main attractions. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The room, however, was a disappointment. It felt like I had been given one of the hotel’s poorer rooms, and there was a strong damp smell coming from the carpet. That made the room quite unpleasant, even though the rest of my experience was good.
I would still recommend the hotel for its location and staff, but I cannot recommend the particular room I stayed in.

Central location, very clean rooms, the staff was wonderful, they gave us great information and answered all our questions and requests. Wonderful stay!!!!

I cancelled other hotel and changed to unitas residence hotel in the last minute. I am glad I did. Staff members are very helpful. Everything we asked we got: early check in,extra towels, iron board, late check out. Room is clean. AC was strong running well and cold when temperature outside was 95F. we will be back and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Older hotel with nice vintage design elements. Easy walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge
