Well located and beautiful hotel!
Spacious and cozy room with a beautiful view of the Villarica volcano!
Good breakfast! And if you need to leave before schedule they make a lunch box!

The worst in Pucón.
Very bad bed, worse pillows, horrible breakfast, and to make matters worse, they don't have a generator.
We had bad weather and there was a power outage in Pucón, but like in any place where you are paying, you need the basics like water and electricity, which the hotel did not have; it was the only one in Pucón that did not have a generator.
They left us without light and water, giving only poor excuses; the general manager sent my mother to sleep at the health center since she depends on a machine to sleep.
One day we had no water even for the toilet tank; terrible service.
Do not go there now.
