Outstanding for young families

We arrived in Pucon without a reservation and thus went through a process of visiting a number of the places with cabanas in the centre of Pucon. Of the places we looked at this was by far the best for our young family. The place is very well maintained and the owners and staff were very helpful on the few occasions we needed some help. The cabanas are in a compound with remote control sliding doors and a high fence, there is a swimming pool with a great part for small kids and the pool is surrounded by a fence with a child proof gate (this is quite rare in Chile). Location wise you are one block from the beach and right next to the plaza which was being renovated when we were there. Included in the price was a daily cleaning service. The only downside for us was that they didn't accept any type of card payment. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Los Tilos.

Antes que todo, lamento lo tarde de mi respuesta... no habíamos descubierto la gran herramienta que es TripAdvisor.
Estamos muy agradecidos con sus favorables palabras, nos encontramos en un constante proceso de mejoramiento y mantenimiento de nuestras instalaciones para que la estadía de los Huéspedes sea muy placentera. Para nosotros, como para usted, es muy importante la seguridad en el recinto, por lo que nos esforzamos día a día en mejorarla.
Prontamente comenzaremos a operar con tarjetas de crédito, un nuevo servicio para nuestros Clientes.

Price / performance not right at all

The cabanas are very primitive. Old furniture, sagging mattresses, no air condition in summer, just a wood stove in winter. And for that 170 € / night, of course without breakfast. That's really gross. I'd rather go to a five-star hotel for that money.

Very pleasant, well-maintained cabanas near the heart of Pucon

My husband and I stayed at Los Tilos for six nights and we were very pleased with our stay. These cabanas are set in a quiet street right next to the lake and are only a five minute's walk from the town centre which was very convenient for us as we did a lot of activities with the tour agencies and enjoyed visiting the nearby shops and restaurants.
They are surrounded by leafy gardens and are quite spacious inside with lots of windows. They are kept immaculately clean with the daily room service and we felt well looked after by the friendly family who runs the business.
Only one minor drawback which was the occasional noise coming from the coaches that park on the street outside but the noise was fairly short-lived and not too bothersome for us.
Overall a great place to stay.

Espectaculares Cabañas e Inmejorable Ubicacion

Lejos un tremenda experiencia, cabañas totalmente equipadas y hermosas con una ubicacion inmejorable dentro de la ciudad. La atencion, preocupacion y detalles espectacular....sin lugar a dudas volveremos dentro del año a disfrutar de estas cabañas y ciudad.

Las cabañas impecables, muy limpias y cómodas. Contaban con todo lo que necesitamos.
La ubicación inmejorable!!
La atención sobresaliente. Muchas gracias a las personas que trabajan en ese lugar ya que nos solucionaron todas las necesidades que tuvimos.
