Hostel

I would like to share a review about this hotel. First of all, I want to say that I was there quite recently (about 3 weeks ago), I came with my family. Initially, everything was fine, we were met at the reception (Which is strange, a child of 9 years old met us there), then a series of disgusting actions began. I booked two rooms for the same price and ended up being forced to pay twice what I paid. It's just a robbery.We went into the rooms, we were horrified by what we saw. There was a disgusting smell, as if something had been cooked here, it was very damp. The doors wouldn't close, and the beds creaked violently. And all this at a not cheap price! The food was stale, the cook's hair was found in it! The neighbors could be heard at night. We came to rest, but it turned out worse than at work. This is terrible! I don't advise anyone to come here! We were thinking about moving out, but we were very sorry for the money we spent. Avoid this building, it's a complete robbery. It is not worth the money and nerves spent.

The rest is ruined...

It was one of the most terrible hotels in my life with the girl. We booked one room, we were provided with a completely different one. It stinks of dampness, we had breakfast in the morning, after which we were sick all day. Missing products. We complained and the money was not returned to us, even part of the amount.

Terrible hotel

I rested in this hotel for a couple of days. After I booked a room and paid for it, they gave me a room half the price and refused to refund the money. The hotel also has a restaurant with loud music. The restaurant is open at night, so it was impossible for me to fall asleep. I am writing this review so that you think 100 times whether you should book this hotel or not.

terrible hotel.

terrible hotel. I booked one room when I arrived and was given another one for half the price. there is a restaurant on the territory around the clock and music is constantly playing there, there is poor noise insulation in the room. there were no spoons and forks in the room, it was damp and dirty, the rooms stank.

Hotel Safi Dospat Bulgaria was an unpleasant surprise for me and my friends, and I can't help but share my negative experience of staying here. Firstly, one of the most disappointing things was that the hotel does not provide a refund option in case something does not suit the guest. We were very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and non-serious attitude towards our needs. Secondly, the quality of the service leaves much to be desired. I particularly disliked the fact that the food for breakfast was not fresh. This meant that we were faced with unappetising and stale food in the morning. In addition, we did not like several aspects of the room we were accommodated in. The bathroom was carelessly cleaned and the bed linen left much to be desired. It was evident that no one paid proper attention to the cleanliness and quality of the services provided. Overall, Safi Dospat Hotel did not live up to our expectations and left behind an unpleasant residue.
