Clean and practical family room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Quiet surroundings except for noises from the neighbor property in the morning. The neighbor was some kind of construction sight.

First one star review from our many holidays in Turkey

We booked this hotel because of the good reviews online for 1 week: 9th August-16th August 2025, we paid around 830 euros with breakfast included.
We've been in many places before in Turkey and everytime we met friendly people, clean rooms and 5 stars services.
Unfortunately, here we have our 1 star honest review. We arrived after a long journey hoping to find our best relaxing stay, instead we have like an unfinished room or without so much care for cleaning (pictures from bathroom speaking itself) and as well the dust from bedroom (video attached).
Ladies who prepare the breakfast are the most friendly person here, willing to help and make the stay comfortable.
Cleaning service one of the bad experience ever: I've let my measure spoons for food supplements over a piece of paper, they throw away the spoons and left untouched the paper No excuses, just a simply "we will verify what happened".
We have another 5 days left from our stay here, wait to see what will happen until the end.
We spoke with one of the man from reception about the issue we found in the room, he told us that he didn't opened the door at the bath, so he doesn't know about that scratchy wall and the mess.
Shame that simple and normal things can ruin your experience and the beauty of this place.

Lovely stay, hotel was great. Really enjoyed the pools, rooms excellent and staff very helpful, especially Yasmin.

Peaceful hotel with lovely staff

Just back from 9 days at this hotel. We loved it! The rooms and pools were beautiful and it was really quiet and relaxing. The breakfasts were great and lovely Yasmin and her team in the kitchen made delicious eggs for us every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Monastery Suites! Xxx
