Great place. Would stay again

Booked for 2 nights initially and stayed for 6. Clean and affordable and the ladies running the place are incredibly helpful and friendly.
I would happily recommend the place to friends on a budget.
It's spotlessly clean and cheerful.
It's basic but that's what we wanted. Simple, friendly, clean and great value

Anna was a superstar.

Good location, relatively easy to get to with public bus from airport. There is a lot going on around the area. Stayed with a friend and would reccomend for backpackers. The host Anna was lovely and extremely helpful- giving us advice on where to go and what adventures we could go on.
Rooms are slightly small and it gets very warm in both the shared bathrooms and the room at night. Good hostel either way.

Wonderful stay

Good location but some issues

The hostel is in a great location and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a twin private room which was spacious and clean, although the bedding could be updated to make it feel cleaner. The bathrooms often were not fully stocked with toilet paper etc. The mens bathroom didn’t have soap and a door on a cubical was missing. The main issue we had was with noise. We have stayed in hostels frequently and I accept noise/ don’t mind it however be aware that the only communal area of the hostel is right outside the bedrooms. We were in the room closest to the bathrooms and communal area and one group decided to dominant the whole communal area at night way past midnight. There were no staff around to regulate this and the host even joked that it was going to be a noisy night when we were getting up early, as if they had no control of the noise or would not support us in asking them to be quiet after midnight. This seemed strange as every other hostel I’ve stayed in have had some kind of regulation around noise, even if they have a bar. This hostel has no bar or restaurant, just a simple sitting area right outside rooms so we would have expected noise to regulated much more than in other hostels we’ve stayed in. Though I don’t blame the hostel for the groups behavior, we felt let down when it was left to us to confront a big group of older men about noise. Otherwise, the host was great and it was a shame our experience was tainted.

Great Property, EXCEPTIONAL Service!

The hostel is clean, cute, comfortable, has great air conditioning, is well located (heart of Phuket Town, few min walk from tons of restaurants, 7-Eleven, and the Phuket Airport bus that costs only 100 Baht), and well-maintained.
But Anna, the hostel host, really made the stay amazing for me. Just one night, and she did all of the following: before I arrived, booked me a Phi Phi Islands tour that was $20 cheaper than online options; helped me change currency without fees when I lost my debit card; bought and brought me dinner when I was in a rush; and helped me find transportation much cheaper than a taxi when the airport bus didn't run as late as usual. And all of this in addition to being super communicative and friendly in general!
The hostel is great, but Anna in particular is a gem. I was in and out quickly, but she has also helped foster connection among hostel guests, even as COVID makes it all tougher. Highly recommended for a stay in Phuket of any length!
