We're resting in a hotel now. Upon occupancy, issued quickly, previously set times . Greetings were greeted, escorted to the hotel room on a tuk tuk to their room. Which pleased me, no deposit. Breakfasts: you won't stay hungry, but they're the same type, a little bit full. Cleaning is done every day. Towels, bathrobes, hygiene supplies (toothbrush, cotton wands) are changed daily. Essentials are brought to the room upon request. Soundproofing, good. The room is large with pool access and city views. Bassin is constantly cleaned, vacuumed. Hotel accommodation is convenient, close to the sea. Lots of shops, cafes nearby. The hotel is placed steps on the sap. At first they thought they'd ask for a lower floor, but they decided to stay. In the future no regrets were made, high, fewer people, the climb does not stress, because there is an elevator. They provide a beach bag, slippers, shales. Thank you for the good rest.

Stayed a week in this hotel in February, 2026. I don’t even know how to evaluate a hotel – in terms of its price or in general.
So straight to the point - facts, without water how we got there and how we flew)).
Cleaning is terrible even for me, not picky about it. Just none of it. In 5 minutes. Water, tea, bed made and that's it. Since the baby spilled sunscreen a week ago, I've been wiping, so that's the spot on the table that's been there all week.
By the way, the quality of cleaning can be assessed by the hairdryer. We've just stopped by, and everything's messed up. I'm not used to that. The curtains in the stains in our room, the sheet with the hole.
In the room, crocs, bag, bathrobes. There's an ashtray on the balcony for those who need a smoke.
There's no nursery at the hotel.
At check-in, you get a coupon for a bepl drink in the hotel bar, for an early check-out of 300 baht.
We had breakfast. It turns out they shouldn't have come to us for lack of porridge - the whole family eats porridge in the morning. I had to bring a multicooker , made porridge daily at least to a child.
Potatoes, pasta, sausages, bacon, pickles, tomatoes, greens, yogurt, dry breakfasts. Juice, water, milk. Egg station, chicken spads, some soup where you order ingredients. Two kinds of fruit, a couple of croissants, pancakes.
There's a coffee machine.
Breakfasts are meagre, certainly not the nearby Catatani Hotel on Kata Noi. But the price is appropriate.
Another of the downsides - climb to the hotel in a pretty steep mountain. Plus the upper floors are still uphill. Elevator saves (albeit with a connection. Nothing straight to the last floors. We have to get out and walk all the way to the second elevator). We lived on the 3rd floor, in room 1304, friends on the 8th floor.

Among the advantages of the pool is a two-tiered, sort of zoning of people. There are very few normal sunbeds, though. We went on excursions from TO to Similan, 2 day excursion Phi Phi, Pi Le Lagoon, Maya Bay Beach, Viking Cave, Monkey Beach, Bamboo Island, Chicken Island, Podu Island, Krabi - Temple of Wat Layem Sak, Tha Pom Klong Song Nam National Park, bamboo rafting by sea gypsies, elephant nursery. And, of course, Zipline to the kids.
In the hotel area everything is within walking distance – 7eleven, pharmacy, money changers, cafes, bike rental, laundry, market, massage parlors, a bunch of shops with ganjubas.

It was better.
Good time, man. Visiting this hotel 2 years ago, were absolutely delighted, and therefore definitely chose it again. Unlike the first visit, it got worse.
Rooms, location, pools, views are just as beautiful.
But breakfast has become much scarcer. If you came in a little later, it's all sorted. And you always have to remind the staff to bring a dish or even fall asleep for coffee...
Besides, a good idea with the lottery... But to see prizes handed out playing along only to foreigners is unpleasant. That's not how we need this T-shirt, though.
We also had a situation. Let me tell you this is our personal situation. Due to the beginning of the Gulf events, we have moved our stay up by 3 days. Reported it to the hotel. Hardly got to Phuket. But the hotel getting paid for the days we were away gave us the minimum discount for the extra days. Let me tell you, our rooms weren't the most runnable, and at the end of the season the hotel wasn't packed. We were already going to another hotel, but we managed to negotiate, after much negotiation, a small increase in the discount. And we stayed. The discount isn't big, but rest is more important. I think we might have gotten a 50% discount on extra days. It's a shame that the hotel almost didn't go to our meeting, only to get more pay for the days we were gone.
As a result, if previously for a trip to Phuket, we considered only this hotel (see My previous review), now we will strongly consider choosing this hotel...

The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and markets.
We arrived at the hotel on our own around 1.30 p.m., check-in was immediate.
The staff are smiley and polite, the impression that they are really very happy to come to their hotel.
The room was on the 7th floor, overlooking the sea and the busy street. No noise heard.
The room is spacious, the balcony is quite large (there is something to compare, have holidayed in this area in other hotels).
Room service, great.
Breakfasts are good, there are choices and you can always find something to eat. The staff try, always experiment with something during the cooking process.
For people who live on the upper floors. The hotel has two elevators, one is on the left side of the front desk and you can get to the 4th floor, then get out and go straight to the left on the balcony and get to the elevator that takes you to the 9th floor.
I liked the hotel, and I think we'll come to it next time.

We were not satisfied with our stay. Our room was extremely far from the lobby and was located at the very end of the property. To reach the room, we had to change elevators twice and then walk up 63 stairs. It took approximately 7 minutes to walk from our room down to the courtyard, which was very inconvenient.
Inside the room, there was a serious hygiene issue. There were larvae everywhere. I removed many of them, but they kept coming back, which was very unpleasant.
The room layout also did not make sense. The sinks were placed outside of the bathroom, which felt impractical and confusing.
On a positive note, the staff were kind and polite, which we appreciated. However, overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.
