Nice, clean hotel!
Stayed at the hotel in April, check in from 14 hours, if possible can give a room half an hour early. Before moving in, take a deposit, there are different options: 5000 rubles, 50 dollars or 1000 baht. There was no problem returning the deposit.

Nice budget option, no expectations
Hi, everyone, we're currently relaxing at the hotel and I want to describe the pros and cons of the hotel in more detail so you can understand where you're going.
Our holiday was spontaneous, so the budget was very limited and according to the reviews this hotel was highly appreciated, so decided to go here, took the last room for our dates.
I had no special hopes for the hotel, as the trip cost 110 thousand for two, but waited for basic things for a comfortable stay (refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, etc.).
So, to begin with, the hotel consists of three buildings and each building is three stories, naturally there are no elevators. The first building is where the pool is, the balconies face not the pool, but the other side, the courtyards. The second building is where the breakfasts took place and there are balconies, but they are much smaller than the other buildings and there is only a chair made of plastic.
The third building where we were placed was where the reception, we had a deluxe room with a balcony, by the way, the entire hotel only 2 rooms without a balcony (they are listed as standard when buying). The balcony was spacious, with such a recumbent sofa and sam leather cushions, it was comfortable to lie there in the mornings and evenings. There was also a clothes dryer and a table by the sofa where you could have dinner.
The air conditioning in the room worked great and the upside was that it's above the front door, not the bed and it wasn't cold at night. There is also a TV with 2 Russian channels sts and tnt. The bed is made up of two single units, i.e. not a double bed, but two single beds slid together and covered with a mattress, from which they moved with certain movements, especially when you want to sit at the back. Furniture isn't just tired and she was barely breathing
The closet door was afraid to touch it too much so we wouldn't get hung up on it. The nightstands are all shabby. We also had a couch type for a third person, as the room was deluxe.

The safe wasn't even electronic, but from the early 2000s, it must have eaten constantly even when you enter the correct code. The neighbor's safe didn't work at all, I don't know if they ended up making it for her.
All the rooms of our building overlook the courtyard, where we realized the locals live and it is impossible to do anything in the room without a towel and clothes, you must constantly close the curtains, as it gets dark, then you must constantly turn on the lights, in general, I was uncomfortable.
If we take this hotel, next time we'll ask for a pool house. There's a better view. You don't have to shut yourself out of prying eyes all the time.
There was no fridge in the room, again, it's not like that in all rooms, we didn't have a fridge, we just had a mini bar that went down to chill the drinks, other people had fridges and worked better. Over time, they noticed ants in the room and did not save the refrigerator from them, as they did not frost, so food was not left in the room at all.
I also want to clarify that the partitions between the balconies are not completely made by the wall from ceiling to floor and thus, some people may stop by you, we even had a neighbor come by and ask her not to smoke))) although, in the room there is an ashtray and smoking is possible on the balcony. Fortunately, we're lucky to have neighbours and no one's stopped by, but you'll hear each other if you're on the balconies at the same time.
Nevertheless, the location by the hotel is good, everything is close, but it is a long way to the sea, if you still go there enthusiastically (we went on kata), then back is not so joyful and easy, 20 minutes definitely walk. There were transfers to the beach, but on the days we wanted to use them, they didn't work, put up just a sign, like, weeds, today there is no transfer and also back they took early, at 9 transfer was there and at 12.30 already back, the next transfer is at 14 and back at 16. On the plus side, they gave out beach mats, they were in a basket at the entrance to the hotel, but if you don't get them in the early morning in good weather, then they're gone. We didn't take any towels, they were on the record also at the reception.
The final moment is breakfast. I read the reviews that he was modest, but was still shocked by how much)) cost 3 quash literally and soup, everything. On the 5th day of rest we stopped going there because we could no longer eat the same thing, but all they had was surprisingly delicious, curry, noodles with vegetables and chicken, was also just white rice, the soup I never tasted, but said that delicious, vegetable broth with meatballs. There were no vegetables at all, only watermelon of fruit, coffee not delicious of teapot instant, juice was normal. It was also possible to note at the entrance which egg to prepare, scramble, scrambled eggs or omelette, we did not immediately understand this and for the first two days we were given just cold fried eggs)) one each. I'd come back this day if the cost was up to 110k for two, if I came to it for 140-150,000, like some holidaymakers, I'd probably be upset with the quality.
The hotel clearly doesn't pull 3 stars, maybe it was when it opened, but it's actually a two with a pool. Speaking of the pool, in the photo there is an arch where the water should pour from and there will be a waterfall effect and there is also a jacuzzi type area, but you will not be included until you ask and only for a few hours. There is also no shade in the sunbed area during the day and no umbrellas.

S forgot to write that towels brought everything in stains, once there was even a hole in the towel, the linen was changed once in 12 days and the sheet was stained, which is how we determined that no more changes had taken place. Very nice hotel
A very nice hotel vacationed with a friend in April . Lived in a pool building. Cleaning and replacement of towels daily . The plumbing is new, everything worked. Breakfast is good. Kata Beach is a 10-minute walk away, Karon is a 15-minute walk away , Kata Noi is a hotel transfer away. The staff are friendly, we had no problems. All the time washing, cleaning. There's a local store near Macro's (on the left side of the hotel) where prices are much lower than elsewhere (the same powder you buy at 7 eleven it's 55 bad, they have 43 . Thai natural soap everywhere for 25 bud, they have 11 bud) the choice is not very big, but something can be found. Eating on against the sports club, near 7 eleven and KFC (you go to the main street from the hotel on the right ) to the traffic light and once again on the right . Outdoor cafe , very clean and delicious. Pancakes and frèche (like puree , taken without ice , not diluted with water ) were also taken from them . Spoiled vacation in arrivals of this hotel

The hotel is not bad in principle, but with its downsides.
We were lucky enough to get a nice room, clean and with a balcony.
There was no safe in the room, but we got it in 1 day.
The sink was clogged ,and little worms were coming out of the pipe, they told the administrator,everything was cleaned and no one else scared us off the pipe
For kids, it's good in the room, it's what works YouTube, since in the rooms (other sexts) it wasn't.
On the hottest day, our air conditioning broke down, but it was not fixed until 3 days later, without it, it is impossible to sleep stuffy.
