Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card along with a photo identification must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 1 May 2025 to 31 August 2025. (Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00 hrs.) Guest Accommodation Adjustments: - Guests who have booked Pool Access Deluxe (Blue Wing) or Pool Suites during this period will be offered the following options: - Alternative Room Type: Relocation to Pool Access Deluxe (Green Wing)—a quieter area with a reduced room rate. Alternative Hotel: Guests may opt to stay at CRAFT Resort & Villas, our sister property located in Koh Sirea (Phuket Town Area). This resort offers Pool Access accommodations.
