Travelling with daughter

We spent 4 nights here during our travels round Thailand. Friendly staff at reception. Arranged transport for us when needed. Clean bedding and hot water from the shower which was our main criteria. Air conditioning which we didn't use as the fan worked and was enough. Safe in the room. Great location opposite the beach where we watched some beautiful sunsets. Bars and shops along the road so everything you need is in walking distance. No complaints. Great value for what we paid.

Spoilt by the first night

This hotel was spoilt by the first night !! As there was a storm the first night we stayed we had to listen to birds/lizards run around above our heads. That’s right above our heads the roof wasn’t properly sealed which meant there was a animal party above our heads. This made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable as you can imagine haha. The next couple of nights wasn’t that bad actually the rooms are big and have air con and a fan. However we was still on edge in case we started hearing more movement in the ceiling. The location isn’t bad either has shops/bars/restaurants near by ranging from cheap to expensive. There is only WiFi in the reception which I liked actually because it was always fast as no one could be bothered to sit in reception. Right next to the beach.
Overall okay but definitely ruined by the first night.

Good value for money

We originally booked this hotel for 2 nights and eventually stayed for over 2 weeks!
We found it fantastic value for money, as the room had everything you need for a basic stay. We booked a fan room that included a fridge, warm water and basic facilities.
In the local area there is a nice beach, good restaurants and local shops.
Please give the dog there a stroke from us :)

One night was enough.

We booked the rooms through another site and the photos looked OK. Arriving after 21.00 the taxi driver could not find the place and eventually when we did find it there was nobody at reception to give us our keys. Eventually a helpful guy turned up and showed us to our rooms. If I wasn't so tired I would have left there and then. The rooms we had were horrid. The bathrooms were dirty the beds were uncomfortable and I slept with my cloths on. In fairness the ac worked well. Our travelling companions spent a lot of the night fighting with mosquitoes. A fight my companions lost. I have to say I was glad to be leaving the place the following morning. And moved up the road to a lovely hotel.

Nightmare, Avoid!

The bed is a nightmare! Worst bed i've ever slept in. You could actually see the springs coming out of the matras! To make things worse there was a family reunion just outside in front of our room. A man was talking trough a microphone and the whole complex could here this. We went to the reception around 10.30pm to ask for another room but there was nobody! reception was closed and even the guard couldnt find someone who could help us to get another room or refund because this was absurd.
Next morning (both with backpain and hardly any sleep) we went back to the reception to complain but there was still nobody at the reception. so we sat there and waited. we asked a the garden man (?) if he knew where they could be and he said he would look for us.
we were picked up at 8.30 and still no sign of anybody there. thank god this was only for one night.
Don't go to this place! they take your money and they disapear! you can get way better rooms for a lot cheaper!
