Excellent value for money
Small guest house in a strategic location. The rooms are small but have both air conditioning and fan. They are a great solution for a few nights to visit phi phi island.
Exceptional value for money and friendly and very helpful staff.
I recommend it if you want to spend little and have a decent accommodation

A hell hole
Why have boarded up windows in a hotel? I couldn’t get out of this place fast enough. Absolutely awful. I spent one night here and spend a whole lump of money going somewhere else. Depressing doesn’t come close.

Budget basic clean room in good location
Budget basic but clean room just what I paid for. Only stayed 1 night. Was clean and good fans in room.
Quiet and good location to shops, bars and restaurants.
Would stay again if in area.

DO NOT BOOK!!
If I could I would put 0 stars but Google forces me to put one. I don't know where to begin to describe the discomfort of this place. Tiny rooms, there is no room to put ANYTHING, Hard beds and no blankets already inserted, leave you an old cover over the bed that does not even cover you well. The bathroom we forget .. disaster!! Tiny, when you shower you bathe everything, plus there are no windows it never dries and there is a strong smell of sewer coming out. Toilet paper is not there, we had to ask at the reception, fortunately they said that a roll was included. But I would dwell on a not indifferent detail: me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights, we never gave problems, we were practically all day around. On the last night, by mistake, we locked the bedroom door forgetting the keys inside. It was about 10:30 in the evening. Reception closed, garage locked, there was NO ONE who could help us!! We tried a thousand times to contact the PhiPhi dream number but no one ever answered us, we were on the street in front of the locked reception garage and we could hear the phone ringing inside. The next day we had the boat back to Phuket. We did not know how to do it, we had to sleep outside despite having paid for the room??
Under the advice of a nice guy who worked in the market next door, we knocked on the closed garage to see if anyone was sleeping inside the reception. We no longer knew what to do, we were desperate and there was no one, no night watchman, no one to ask for help. After a thousand attempts, a thousand phone calls, finally the garage opens and the angry reception girl comes out saying that such a thing should not have happened again, that even the next morning she would have talked to the boss because according to her knocking on the garage we had ruined the garage door (which is absolutely FALSE). In short, anything but kind!! Just because ONCE we forgot the key inside the room! But I wonder, if someone has a problem within the facility, what can they do? There is no one to talk to, it is absurd!!!
In summary, do not book at this place because I assure you that it is absolutely not worth it. Shameful!!!!!!
I was answered on Google to these words that my boyfriend and I used excessive force, which is absolutely false!! We phoned a thousand times, tried to call for help by voice, knocked LIGHTLY on the garage .. everything. What were we supposed to do? Sleeping outside just because the person sleeping inside the garage was unable to answer the phone or help calls?? They also told us that in the morning we ran away: I specify that we had the boat very early and since we did not want to find something to say with the reception who accused us of having done damage to the garage, WHAT IS NOT TRUE!! We preferred to leave this place as soon as possible!!

Multiple Attempts to Contact Us: Our records, including video surveillance, show that our staff responded to your situation promptly. While we understand it was frustrating to lock your key inside, four missed calls register ( not 1000!) followed by excessive force on our property is not an acceptable resolution.
Damage to the Door: The video evidence also clearly confirms that the behavior leading to the damage was far from "light knocking." Unfortunately, the force applied caused unnecessary harm, despite our team assisting as soon as possible.
Staff Interaction: Our employee, who intervened, maintained a professional demeanor despite your attitude. It is worth noting that other witnesses ( nice man in market )observed your behavior and not find you calm .You returned to your room less than an hour .Next time choose accommodation with a night watchman if you can not wait and avoid selecting the smallest room if you require more comfort . And glad to know that during five days ,you didn’t mention any issues ,as everything seemed to be fine .
Your Departure: While you claim you left quickly to catch your boat, you failed to return your key to reception, a basic courtesy we expect from all guests. Instead, you chose to depart without addressing the issue directly.Because you knew .
We believe a more appropriate approach would have been to speak with us in person and resolve matters calmly. Writing multiple, exaggerated reviews online does not change the facts.
We strive to provide fair and honest service to all our guests and regret that your actions resulted in this outcome. Hopefully ,this 4th review brings you peace .Ciao !
