Amazing villas and staff

We have just returned from staying in the Alisea pool villas. We had an amazing time. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The pool was clean and spacious. The staff were the best they did so much for us. We loved staying here and can't wait to return. Thank you to Kookai and all the wonderful staff who welcomed us and made our holiday special. Can't wait to return

A great place to switch off, unwind, and disconnect from the craziness of Thailand. Being situation outside of Ao Nang, you are able to get all the benefits of the town with the peaceful of not staying within it, I was very impressed by the pool and built in hot tub which was much bigger than I was expecting, as well as the size and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast was nice, and on time every morning. The villa did need some exterior work, but others were being upgraded so there is clearly a plan for this in time. However, that did not impact our stay in the slightest so would book again regardless.

Very good stay at Alisea!

We stayed at Alisea Pool Villas for two weeks in December 2025.
The villa was spacious with a livingroom, kitchen, separate bedroom, large garden and private pool.
The bed was a bit hard, but even though we slept very good.
The airconditioning in the livingroom did not work too well, but the the bedroom was nice and cool.
Breakfast was a la carte and served in the villa, it was very delicious!
There was a complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang three times a day, we used it at 18:00 to dine and shop in the evening.
To go back, we took a tuk-tuk from the Landmark night market for 150 Baht.
All the staff did their very best to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much, thank you staff of Alisea!
If you are looking for a private pool villa around Ao Nang, this is the place to book.

A nice place to stay during our week in Ao Nang. Easy to access from Ao Nang beach and also to go north to Klong Muang beach. The Villa is in great condition and the Pool was so appreciated. I would give the place 5 stars if the area was nicer. A tiny thing to improve is the kitchen equipment. There were no cutting knife, no toaster and the frying pan was bent.
Allover a vey nice stay in Alisea pool villas, i can recommend.

The perfect place for a family holiday in Ao Nang

Alisea Pool villas was the perfect base for our holiday in Ao Nang. The 3 bedroom villa was a great size for our family of 4, and the pool was a big hit with our young daughters. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and breakfast served in the villa each day was a lovely treat (along with a coffee from TJs just 2 mins walk from the villa). The villa’s are in a quiet area outside of the town, but it’s easy to reach central Ao Nang on the shuttle bus or in a taxi in 10 mins.
