A sanctuary.

This place is a touch of paradise in Chiang Mai. After 5 days in Bangkok staying at a luxury hotel, it was really nice to stay in a place that felt like home. The host is very good. The breakfasts are a treat. Recommend.

A bit of paradise in Chiang Mai

Our stay at Baan Orapin Bed and Breakfast was wonderful! The location is a small slice of paradise amid the bustling city of Chiang Mai. Once in the gate you are enveloped by the lush greenery with individual heritage style lodgings surrounded by beautiful gardens. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed visiting with the owners . We highly recommend Baan Orapin Bed and Breakfast!

Sanctuary in a city and abundance of delicious food!

We loved revisiting Baan Orapin! The location is just perfect - tucked away, just outside of the old city. An easy walk or quick ride, anywhere you'd like to be, as well as a delicious bakery just across the street or the best Khao Soi just blocks away!
Once you step into Baan Orapin, you are transported to tranquility and peace - an oasis sanctuary! Both times we enjoyed the warmth and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the warm greeting by Pepsi!, and the beautiful gardens. Both Pepsi and Opa were extremely helpful in guiding us and aligning our transportation needs so that we could get to our next destination on time.
Breakfast is a delicious delight consumed peacefully by the pool. A lovely way to start a busy day in this bustling city!
We will certainly return here when we come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Baan Orapin staff!

Wonderful, heritage style B&B. Perfectly situated for exploring Chiang Mai.

Perfect for our purposes - charming, vernacular/heritage style architecture, helpful staff, set nicely away from the madness of the old city. Thoroughly recommended.

Small box in a quiet haven

We stayed in a beautiful suite of this mansion, for 3 people.
The Welcoming of the owners is wonderful.
The house is located in the east of the city close to the Villa Cini shop.
The owner was very accommodating with a late check out.
The b&b has a swimming pool serviced every morning.
If you want to stay in an establishment full of character I recommend 300%.
Breakfast of Anglo-Saxon type.
