Total Relaxation

The resort is located in a quiet part of Koh Samui, perfect for relaxing either by the pool or 4 steps to the ocean. Built for relaxation, it was perfect for us! The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. And the staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. In particular, Kwan and his team were outstanding - following up to see if we wanted another drink or food while lounging by the pool. Special mention goes out to Pam, June, Pond and Noom for their brilliant hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here. If you’re keen to visit other sites just order a Grab (same as Uber).

Relaxing by the pool

We are currently staying at this lovely resort and are having such a relaxing time. The room is fine for our needs and is cleaned every day. The large beachside pool has been fantastic to unwind and relax around. Of particular mention, the staff have been excellent especially Kwan the F&B manager who, although new, has been leading and guiding his super happy team including Noom, Pam, June, Pond. Together they are making our stay such a memorable one.

High recommended stay

Truly wonderful stay. Fantastic rooms, great pool and view and super staff. Travelling with a baby, a big call out to Kwan, June & Pond who have been so accommodating.

Natural well located hotel

It's a beautiful natural hotel. Rooms are clean and well decorated. The pool is big enough and nicely located. The location of the hotel is also good. You have various options to go out to eat outside the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is good and it has enough of everything. The food at the hotel is good. We had booked half board. It was a pity that we had a reduced menu selection when showing the half-board menu. Besides, it seemed to us that portions had become smaller and smaller. Half board is definitely not recommended. The staff is friendly but not very attentive. It takes an eternity for a plate or glasses to be cleared. Also to order something to drink again is rather difficult. Sufficient patience is required for this.
