Nice hotel with a restaurant just a step away from Bratislava.
Just 20 minutes away from Bratislava you will find this nice hotel with 2 meeting rooms and nice restaurant. Staff is very polite. My recommendation is to come and try ;) there is big terrace and big room for events too. You find enough place for parking.

No room floor cleaned over 12 days
I stayed in the hotel for 12 days and through those 12 days, the room service never clean the floor of my room however I put the sign of room service on the door, I told the receptionist about that problem over complete three days and nothing happened. I told the receptionist that I won't stay in my room and it's dirty like that, and finally the woman from the room service came to my room and she was so angry at me and very rude and she was shouting in a Slovakian language in a very angry way at me.
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, it gonna ruin your vacation with these angr.
Ah add to that, the receptionist in the morning doesn't really speak English, so you gonna also face difficulties communicating with them or raise a comment

bad experience
I visited the hotel with my wife and 8 month old son in the period 5.-7.4.2024, I purchased the stay through the hotel's website after prior telephone verification of the availability of the service, verifying whether it is possible to visit the inclusion with a minor son. I wondered if the hotel had a cot and if the hotel was baby friendly with the knowledge that they did not have a children's playground, which I had no problem with. However, upon arrival there were problems in terms of being informed that it was not possible to use the hotels restaurant services at the weekend, I also enquired about the possibility of using the bar area to which I was again given a negative response. This started to complicate the stay for me as I had planned for my wife to make use of the dining options at the hotel as I had an evening programme. After enquiring about the in-room dining options I was again denied saying that they had only purchased for an event that was to be held at the retreat, where I pointed out that I had a minor child with me. To which I was given no feedback. They do not clean the room at the hotel on weekends, they only took out my son's nappies after I had been warned. I complained to the hotel operator about the service suddenly it was possible to use the services of the bar on the terrace. I also raised the concern that the noise from the event that was to take place in the hotel was very likely to disturb the sleep of my son and wife, which it did. The music played until 3:40am despite my complaints. Staying at this hotel was traumatic for me and my family. I am currently dealing with a complaint about the stay but have not received even a single feedback on my email even after 4 days.

I would like to appologize on behalf of our receptionist that they didn´t inform you enough about our restaurant being closed. However our restaurant is regulary closed on sundays regarding to our opening hours and we always inform about other closures on our webside and social media, which we also did that weekend when the restaurant was closed in saturday due to wedding celebration. I understand your frustration about restaurant being closed and we are sorry that we could´t provide the service.
I´m also sorry that you were interupted by the noise from the wedding but I would also like to add some context to this situation. We always try to resolve all complaints in favor of the visitors so after your complaint you were offered a new room in the second wing of the hotel. But when the receptionist cotacted you with the option to change rooms, you said your wife and son were already sleeping so you no longer wanted to change rooms. Then you came to complain again early in the mornig but the room was no longer available unfortunatelly.
Regarding your complaint, I apologize for the delay in our response. At this moment, your complaint has been resolved with the hotel management and you have been offered compensation in the form of a voucher as an apology. I hope that you will use it and we will have the opportunity to improve your experience.

Great place, visit is a must!
Delicious meals, worth every cent it costs.. great experience, as with menu as staff. Everybody was nice and friendly, no problem with kids and some extra requirements. The environment is quiet, hotel and restaurant are tastefully decorated. We have been here twice and already looking for next visit! Great place really, definitely recommended!

Nedajú vám palacinky ak nie ste dieta do 15 rokov...trápne.. hanba
Reštaurácia krasne zrekonštruovaná,príjemné prostredie,mila a ochotná obsluha,jedlo výborne....ALE....neurobia Vám palacinky,napriek tomu ,ze ich majú v menu,je to detske jedlo a neurobíme vám ho...ani 80rocnemu pánovi,dokonca ani 2 deťom ak ma jedno viac ako 15rokov...a to sme prišli 5ti a všetci sme jedli klasické jedlo,vobec nie lacne....veľká hanba a trápne...napriek všetkým pozitivam,zabudli sa správať podla hesla môj zákazník môj pan....a reštauráciu mali úplne prázdnu.Asi prečo?..Ani my uz neprídeme....
