Visitando la Slovacchia e le sue montagne

Location perfetta , parcheggio coperto, camera pulita, finemente arredata, servizio ristorante, bar. Personale simpatico e professionale. Prezzi nella norma. Camera con prima colazione per due persone € 50 al giorno.

Horrible night with noisy wedding party all around in the guesthouse

We booked a room in this property on booking.com. When we arrived we saw that the whole eating area was being prepared for a huge party (so much for dinner). We asked what it was going to be about, but the answer was just a shrug from the disinterested and rather rude personnel. We left for an excursion - after we could finally have the party guests get their parked cars out of the way. We were hoping that the party would be over once we are back - but to our suprpirse we arrived back to the hotel to find a mass of people dancing for some horribly loud music. Although cancellation of our booking was not possible anymore and our credit card would have been charged anyway, we seriously considered just leaving and risking the 5+ hour drive back home in the night. Finally we were told that the music would be turned off by 10 pm, so we grudgingly stayed. The room was small and the bathroom rather uncomfortable. The wifi didnt work. We went to bed, but the party was of course not over off by 10 pm. Beside the horrible music we had to endure shouting, door slamming, noises of people running around all night. The walls are so thing you could also clearly listen to the neighbour taking a shower of flushing the toilet. There was no apology offered by the hotel for all this inconvenience. We only booked this room 3 days before, so they knew that there would be this party and still decided to rip off some tourists anyway. The room should not have been offered on booking.com for outsiders on this night. It was a shameless ripoff by some rude and dishonest people.

Nie korzystaliśmy z usług noclegowych ale z gastronomicznych..i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić desery i pizze..w restauracji można napisać się też dobrej kawy.. lokal czysty..ładnie urządzony..polecam..
