Charming and unusual

A very unusual, and totally charming hotel. The family who built and run it are really lovely. Friendly and welcoming +++. Laden with antiques, it has a wonderful character (one might say eccentric but in a delightful way). The room we had was very comfortable (although take care with the uneven steps on the stairs!). It’s a bit out of the centre of Kosice so, if you don’t have a car, you will probably use Uber. In August 2026 this was typically € 5-6 per trip to the centre of town. The breakfasts were very good - juice, coffee, yoghurt, bread and a selection of meat, cheese and salad vegetables. And although one felt as if one was living in the early 20th century, the WiFi was excellent.

Fantastic place to stay

What an amazing place to stay, family run, very helpful, relaxed and friendly, the bed was so big and extremely comfortable, lovely breakfast and the owners have great taste in wine which is reasonably priced. The whole place is quirky and full of character, good taste and a sense of fun. There is something to be admired everywhere you look. The Vila is a very short Bolt ride into city 3-4 euros. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Charming place to stay

Spent a night last week in this hotel, and must confess that everything was beyond my expectations.
The hotel is newly built (still undergoing some works), located in peaceful area, with some nice breakfast (cold cut, cheese, vegetable, eggs, coffee).
The staff is amazing. They are really helpful and even when I realized that the payment for ordered pizza can not be done by card, they were ready to help me and paid in cash.
Overall I have nothing bad I can say about :-)

Pre-Wedding Night in Past

Excellent design full of character, antique pieces on every step, old fashioned music in the background and yet hidden, modern features to keep you in cozy comfort.
I've spent here my last night on my own, before I got married in very next day. All my wedding preparation was caught on camera in here and I can't imagine better place to be at, than here.
Owners were very polite and accommodating, very nice to talk to, also got a homemade breakfast from lady owner :-)
Highly recommending to everyone who's got a passion for Vintage Style

one of the most stunning places we have ever been to

very quiet area and the location itself is simply AMAZING!
tuscany style, every detail is on spot, the room we stayed in was amazing.
the owner and his family are wonderful hosts and breakfast is great too, even though we are vegans.
you've GOT to experience it for yourself.
