On the positives, beds were comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. Bustling and vibrant location with great choice of restaraunts.

Very dirty room.
Dirt and moulding inside the room.

Did not stay at the hotel for long. Worse hotel I ever stayed at. Been to hotels in 3rd world, they were 100 times better.

They definitely have to fix the roaches problem ASAP, although it's not the big type of roaches, it was just TOO many of them, I killed no less than 12 roaches during my 2-night stay. I think they came from some cracks on the wall or on the floor, that's why they kept showing up in my room. They were everywhere, they would be in the sink, on the desk and wall, would go into my laundry bag, and even on my bed multiple times, can't sleep with peace of mind as I fear they would crawl into my mouth or ears when I'm sleeping. The hotel has insufficient supply of bug spray, so I had to buy one at my own cost, I left it with the hotel as I checked out. The corridor of the floor I was staying at has an unpleasant smell, it's the mix of smells of food, smelly clothes and socks, and rubbish, or simply, boys' dormitory, if that helps you relate.
On the other hand, Wi-Fi was unstable, the hotel did not deliver the promise of providing me a room with stable internet connection. I had to go to the lobby, or nearby cafes to get strong Wi-Fi, very inconvenient.
In short, I'm dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience during my stay, and I hope the hotel can improve soon.
