Good overnight stay
Super welcome and no issues. Good place to relax from dricing 800km from Netherlands on the way to Italy. From here, you can decide to drive south via the Gotthard tunnel or pass pending traffic.

Good place with a kitchen
The owners are brothers and they are very friendly. The kitchen is good although I wish there were a couple of more pots and some refrigerator room. By be time I wrote this these issues might have been addressed
The shower area is a bit cold--and was open to the entire room which basically meant you had to lock the door of the whole room when you showered. Not a deal breaker just an FYI. The shower room was spotless.

Nice quiant little guesthouse
There were ten of us in total and we rented out two rooms (one six bed, one four bed).
This hostel has everything that you can ask for. Nice little functional kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Little dining area in the main floor. There were two shower rooms downstair.
Beds were very comfy and good linens were provided.
We arrived a bit late but we were able to ring the bell to have the owner come downstair to check us in. They lived upstair and whenever we needed something, we were able to ask for it by just ringing the bell.
Place was kept well clean. Everything was working well.
The hostel is located in Wassen where it is surround by beautiful mountain. There are lots of attractions that you can go to from here.
There are bakeries and small markets in the town. I really enjoyed my time here. Amazing views are plus as well.
The host was very kind and accomodating. He spoke English pretty well.

cozy and welcoming
it was also quite uncomplicated to check-in which was nice after a quite demanding trip with the bicycle.
