unnecessarily stingy

Maison Junod is located right on the main road, but still hard to find - the sign is extremely small, so I drove past it several times. The room is nicely furnished and there is also a kettle and an espresso machine. However, tea bags are offered but coffee capsules are only available if breakfast is booked ... Since the Juno does not offer food, you should find out in advance which and whether a restaurant is open. What was not the case with me - but in a small store diagonally opposite can be bought sandwiches ... I did not meet anyone from the hotel personally but the service - via sms - was very nice and helpful.

Very charming

This restaurated house is really nice. and charming. We had room 2 and really liked it.
It is nice, comfortable, elegant and spacey.
The bathroom is new.
The under the roof room offers an useful kitchen and dining table. There is also a piano if you wish.
All good. Can only recommend it

Charming house in a scenic medieval town

We just spent the weekend in Romainmôtier, a medieval town in the Swiss Jura. The oldest Christian church in Switzerlannd is located there. We had booked 5 rooms for the whole family in the Maison Junod guesthouse.
It's an historic house that has been completely renovated und refurbished. It has the best of both worlds: Historic location and architecture, with comfortable up to date amenities. The rooms are spacious, beautifully arranges and very comfortable.
The price is very reasonable by Swiss standards, and the value for money better than in most hotels. I can only recommend it, and we definitively plan to come again.

Romantique, cozy et parfait

Magnifique sur tous les plans: chambre accueillante, petit déj parfait, facilité du check-in, confort du lit, sas entre le couloir et la chambre (zéro nuisance sonore alors que l'hoôtel était plein). Tout est réfléchi jusqu'aux détail des petits chocolats et de la bouloire à thé. Un grand merci!

Splendide

Belle maison du 16ème siècle, restaurée avec goût. Confort moderne, une grande pièce commune où l'on peut se faire un repas, se prendre une boisson en mettant le paiement dans une boîte, avec piano à queue, bibliothèque avec un rayon de livres pour les enfants, ordinateur, chaîne stéréo.
Chambre spacieuse avec plusieurs armoires, table et chaises pour se restaurer, TV, coin bureau, café, thé, frigo. Nous avons eu la visite d'une dame pour voir si tout était en ordre et qui nous a demandé ce que nous désirions pour notre petit déjeuner et dès quelle heure. Celui-ci nous a été disposé sur la table de la salle commune car notre table était trop petite pour 3 personnes, il était fidèle à nos désirs.
Nous avons reçu un message du propriétaire afin de savoir si nous étions bien arrivés et pour nous donner ses coordonnées en cas de besoin. Nous étions seuls dans la maison d'hôtes qui compte plusieurs chambres. Il n'y a pas de personnel sur place. Nous avons bien dormi, les lits étaient confortables.
